The Spa & Salon at The Shelbourne: Opinions
Negative experience: The facial I got did not go well. My eyelids started to burn a lot. The day after my eye zone felt very sore and still burnt when I was applying my cream which ment that the facial had damaged the skin. Now 3 days later, my eyekids and skin are is peeling off, and so is the rest of my face. Facials should be very personalised, but I was not asked once regarding what my skin is like, issues etc. except a short question on the signed form if the skin was dry, oily and what I wanted to do. Would not do a facial again at this spot and wouldn't recommend it. The girl was nice but I feel the place is not specialized in facials.
Negative experience: Very Disappointing experience. Lovely place, shame about the poor Facial. I had two masks that took up most of the time. The therapist sat there and waited whilst they dried, seemed forever, no hand massage, nothing, I was not asleep. I also had a very cold face cloth to cleanse plus other issues. The therapist seemed uninterested or inexperienced. The Spa has a very poor complaints procedure also, no follow up, I gave up! Cannot recommend.
Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of having a facial with my best friend on Tuesday. The staff in the shelbourne are so professional they made sure our visit was very luxurious. We had the use of all the spa facilities which we thoroughly enjoyed. Irmak carried out the most beautiful relaxing uplifting facialusing amazing products. I felt as if I was walking on air for the day. The wonderful staff then proceeded to introduce us to a beautiful quiet room to relax where they served us beautiful fruit and champagne. I would highly recommend a visit. A huge thank you to all the staff .
Negative experience: For a 5 star hotel the salon is nothing to write home about, could do with upgrading the decor. It's pretty small and crammed. The staff were fine, certainly not 5 star trained. The girl doing my hair seemed like she did not want to be there. All of this is forgivable but the one thing that is not forgivable is how my hair turned out. I came with a clear photo of what I was looking to get done (a low bun), I repeatedly said I would like it slick but the hairdresser pushed back and said it's not possible because I have bangs (never heard of this before - use products to hold it in place!). At the end when I saw the back of my head I wanted to cry, it looked a 5 year old had brought a hair kit in penneys and put it together. What a waste of €70. I ended up walking in to another salon on Baggot St. who took me in without an appointment and were able to redo my hair (doing exactly what I had asked for) for only €35. I will not be returning, certainly not until the salon is at a 5 star service offering
Fantastic experience: I ve been here on my birthday and I ve had the best experience. It was me and my mom having a treatment for face and body and we ve been treated like princesses. Bruno also gave me some great advice and feedback about my skin, which I truly appreciated. Champagne was on the house, the staff was very thoughtful and made me feel special. Amazing experince, I reccommend gladly!
Negative experience: I am a client of the Salon for c. 8 years and have supported them through Covid and various changes of management, staff and business model. Sadly, I will not be returning after a truly appalling experience on 24 December. I have had no contact from the salon despite sharing full details of my experience. From time to time, there have been issues but these have always been acknowledged and resolved in a reasonable manner. Sadly, this experience is both totally unforgettable and unforgivable.
Fantastic experience: I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Julio in the salon and the cut was really great. With naturally curly hair, the curl seemed to have gone from my hair recently, but after Julio's cut, it's 100% back. Thank you, Julio!
Negative experience: Not good. They had some kind of insect infestation - will post a video. Notified the hostess who said - “oh no, not again”. Nail tech had no skill, could not manage tips and struggled to use the product. Biab wasn't used - she used gel. Even though Biab was paid for. The Sauna and Steam Room were dirty and unhygienic. Verucca central. Changing room had a blocked drain smell. Was promised a refund by reception staff, which wasn’t delivered so requested a credit card chargeback and received it. Disgusting facility. *The restaurants and bars were a world apart. High quality. Will leave a separate review.
Negative experience: Arrived for a massage on Saturday the 2nd of March and was thoroughly disappointed. The masseuse didn't seem very skilled and was inconsistent throughout. They also seemed to be in a rush and by the end, my head massage lasted for less than 1 minute. The worst part was that the following day, I was in a lot of pain and the 'massage' had only caused me problems. I also want to note that the whole service was bad. I was given no directions, there was no communication at all when I was brought to the relaxation area and I was there for about 20 minutes before they brought me a fruit platter... not worth €150.
Negative experience: Unreliable and inconsistent service. I’ve had my nails done here a few times and cannot recommend. Anastasia is excellent but it happened more than once that my booking was mixed up and scheduled with another person and this occurred when getting my nails done for my wedding. They badly need to invest in a proper booking system to avoid all the mix ups - definitely not the service you’d expect at the Shelbourne.
Fantastic experience: My mom and I had the most incredible spa experience at The Shelbourne Hotel Spa over the Christmas break. Despite a booking mix-up upon our arrival, the exceptional staff turned our disappointment into an outstanding experience. The spa manager personally apologised for the mishap, offering a shorter treatment with spa access. I was grateful to salvage the special time my mom had traveled for from abroad. The facial exceeded all expectations, ranking as the best we've ever had. The staff's professionalism and hospitality were unmatched, and to our surprise, the manager informed us that, due to the error, our visit was complimentary. This unexpected gesture transformed our initial letdown into a feeling of genuine care. We are already planning our next visit to The Shelbourne Spa, eager to relive this fantastic experience. Bravo to the team for their dedication to customer satisfaction! :)
Negative experience: Twice I have made a booking in this spa. And twice the staff either lost my booking or cancelled. Extremely disappointed, I am shocked that a place that charges 160 euro per treatment has such an incapable staff. I do not recommend this place. If you ever want to make a special date or an event for someone you love DO NOT USE THIS SPA!!!!
Fantastic experience: I am a long term member at the health club and my experience is wonderful, I absolutely love long wide heated pool, gym equipped with very high quality machines. It is the place which helps me to relax and stay healthy. Facilities are well maintained and equipped with everything you may need.
Positive experience: Nice!
Fantastic experience: To say her hands were magic would be an understatement. She consulted with me and switched my facial to what would be right for my skin. I left absolutely glowing. Sudaporn was my therapist and was super lovely, nice and gentle. She also recommended me great products to use on my own. There were tons of staff to help me find each location and got me water and fruit before and after the facial. Super relaxing and would definitely return!!
Positive experience: Beautiful relaxation room, nice heavy blankets and refreshments. Quiet, no music but magazines available. Only thing is that you need to be on the ball to find someone to order if you want champagne or anything additional as there’s not always a staff member present
Fantastic experience: Very relaxing atmosphere and excellent treatment
Fantastic experience: Best spot in Dublin
Fantastic experience: Brilliant experience, one of the best massages I have had in a long time, Molly my therapist was excellent. Great customer care, Adelina the manager went above and beyond. Would highly recommend
Fantastic experience: The spa here is absolutely gorgeous
Positive experience: I usually go to Anastasia who is a genius. Yesterday someone else did lashes and eyebrows - I woke up with an infected and swollen eye, die result is literally not visible but worse, I paid over 100 Euros and when I called to ask what I can do now they responded the manager will get back to me in 30 Minutes. Waiting for 4 hours now with the response "she has other things to do". Absolute no go
Fantastic experience: Amazing pregnancy massage with the lovely Sudaporn. Perfectly pressured, super comfortable and generally treated so well. Allow yourself time to chill out post massage in the relaxing room, and head on down to the pool in your own time.
Negative experience: Not a 5 star experience. I was booked for an hours treatment. My therapist collected me 10 minutes late, then left me for over 5 more minutes while I got settled on the treatment bed. It takes 30 seconds to do this. He finished the treatment 5 minutes early, resulting in the hour long treatment being less than 45 minutes. When I complained at the desk, I was told I still had to pay for an hour but that a manager would call me the next day. 4 days later, I had no call. I sent an email detailing my complaint again and requested a call, and still no call. This is not a 5 star spa, but was is most frustrating is that the customer service is appalling.
Positive experience: Atendimento impecável.
Negative experience: This is not a spa that belongs in a 5-star hotel. My wife and I were guests at the Shelbourne and arrived promptly at our appointment time, as there was no communication to arrive any earlier. Upon arrival we were told that we were late and the staff proceeded to rush us through signing forms and hurriedly and frantically rushed us to the waiting area, with no time to change. By the time we got to the massage room it was 15 minutes past the hour, and therefore the massages were only 45 minutes long instead of the 60 minutes we paid for. After the massage, no one showed us where we could change or explained any of the additional amenities we could use and we were left to go back to reception to ask for additional details. Additionally, there were no shower shoes included and you were left to shower in the locker room (shared by the fitness center) with only bare feet...disgusting. The pool was frigid and appeared dingy. The steam room next to the pool were the same and did not fit into the aesthetic of the Shelbourne. Do yourself a favor and skip the spa if you are a guest. It is not worth your time. If you are not a guest, there are likely much better alternatives for the price around Dublin that will have much better experiences.
Fantastic experience: I had a manicure and pedicure here last week with the lovely Anastasia. I was pampered from start to finish and was so happy with the result. I'll definitely be back! Top tip, mid week is a great time to book, it was so quiet and relaxing.
Negative experience: I've thought long and hard about leaving this review... As I don't like to complain... All the staff are lovely, tentative, polite...the establishment was clean, beautiful.. But I went to get my first facial today and I am so devastated by the after effects that I have to say something... My therapist, who was lovely, but their technique was very rough on my face... They did certain hand techniques over and over again across my cheek that was painful... Left my cheek feeling sore.. I think where it went horribly wrong though was how hard and vigorously they scrubbed a harsh exfoliant into my face... It felt like sand paper rubbing into my face... And after that, all other products they used started to sting my face... My face skin was aggravated and not happy... I went in with perfectly good skin... And came home all red faced, raw and tender to touch... This has me gutted as I just got my skin to a happy place, through a good thorough skincare routine.. it is devastating to pay a lot of money for a skin treatment that sets your skin progress backwards... I don't have allergies and don't consider my skin to be sensitive...but now it is! I think they added far too much product aswell.. my eyes were stinging all day after due to product still in my eyelashes... And they managed to get product/ the exfoliant into my mouth by rubbing it into my lips... I had went to the spa with someone else at the same time, and they had a much gentler experience and looked glowing after their treatment... So I think it just depends who you get... I do wish the therapist took more time to explain to me what they were going to do and informed me what products they planned on using on my face beforehand... I would of not wanted the exfoliant for my face...
Fantastic experience: The best massage ever
Negative experience: Left 3 voice mails to book an appointment and no one called me back. When I finally got through to them they told me on the morning that my appointment would be delayed which made me late for plans after. Not at all relaxing. Facilities are kind of meh. There are better spas and every other spa I’ve been to is better organized.
Negative experience: The worst spa experience I’ve ever had. I booked a facial & head massage as part of a gift voucher. The facial was nice tho because I said I didn’t want my Knots done on upper back but something lighter she completely ignored my neck & shoulders which is such a nice part of a facial. The head massage was a joke. This consisted of just a light touching of the pads of her fingers to the top of my head moving my hair around! No pressure used & no oils used! I’ve had head massages before & this was frankly a boring 30 mins of “treatment”. This was my first time using the Shelbourne Spa & definitely my last. For a 5 star facility my experience was 1* You will spend far less for far more elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Fantastic experience: Amazing. Went here on work travel and want to bring my family back at some point. So historic, so rich in details and experience.
Fantastic experience: I had the signature pedicure and it was excellent. Sara took great care of me from start to finish. The treatment itself was fantastic..lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I shall definitely return . Thank you.
Fantastic experience: My boss gave me a gift card so I could get a pregnancy massage. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Urmilah, a member of the staff, for the wonderful massage she gave me.
Fantastic experience: Visited the salon for a blowdry, Erin was fantastic so friendly and professional. Salon is beautiful and the local is so handy for an early morning blow dry before work
Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, high end facility, quality of services exceeded my expectations.
Negative experience: Fine! Not worth the money. Nice atmosphere. Good for manicure. Pedicure don't bother unless getting shellac. Blow dry worst I had in a long time. Nice friendly hairdresser but hardly dried my hair. Very disappointing when heading to a wedding.
Positive experience: Really need to reevaluate booking system. Can be difficult to get through on the phone. Online system would be great!! Hair styling is great value and I was delighted with my GHD curls!!! Fab.. Nails were overpriced!! Beautican was lovely but when I look at the nails they dont look much different to other salons, that charge less. For what I booked I was expecting exfoliation and moisturising... Bit of enthusiasm / warmth from staff when being greeted initially would do no harm...phone and in person
Negative experience: 5 star hotel doesn't mean a 5 Star experience, not worth it - there are better spa's This an email I sent later that day and never got a response back. Hi Guest Services, I wanted to give you some feedback on a recent visit. I personally believe that feedback is a gift and can be an opportunity to see things from other peoples perspectives and can be opportunities to enhance etc I recently visited the spa on the 27th June. With any spa trip you expect the day to be an experience and not just a treatment. When I was gifted a spa voucher for the Shelbourne I was instantly excited and knew that being a well known 5 star hotel, winners of image Spa Awards etc it would be even more than the usual experience. I am sad to say that while the treatment was amazing the experience was clunky, flat and not one that I would recommend. Overall a disappointment.... On arrival to a spa I would expect to be shown around, told how the day would play out, given robe and slippers etc. No - I was greeted by the receptionist, advised to go upstairs to the spa reception, there I meet another team member, was then shown down another way to the fitness level, told to wait then the another team member the PT showed me to the changing rooms and told to pick a locker as he was just the PT and didn’t know anything about the spa. I picked an empty locker, all the lockers that were empty had no robe or slippers. I couldn’t see any shelves with any robes etc so I went back up to the spa reception, no one was there so I went down to main reception. The lady took me back down to the changing rooms, asked if I had not found my name, my response was what name, I didn’t know and wasn’t told that a locker had been assigned to me. She then locked for my assigned locker but couldn’t find it and then got me a robe and slippers and put my name on the locker I had picked. I then got changed and went back to the spa reception where the guy showed me into the relaxation room, got some water etc. A little while later another team member came in and told me that I would be collected there. The treatment was amazing, very unusual and would recommend the treatment and the therapist. I retuned back to the relaxation room for a bit, then got changed and went back to the spa reception to pay but was told to go back to the other reception to pay. Overall I was a lovely treatment but as I said clunky, I felt like I was up stairs, downstairs, nothing special about it and no wow experience. I am a monthly spa user and I have had better experiences in 4 star hotels within Ireland Nothing wow, no 5 star element, no worth it - sorry
Positive experience: Lovely attendants, and I would return to try other types of services. but they only remove two types of fake nails, which was frustrating because I had asked the day before about removing gel nails when I made the appointment. We had to push a whole day of plans back because everywhere doesn't open until 10, and they are quite a distance away.
Fantastic experience: I was given a gift card of a Luxury Spa massage and facial treatment. It was wonderful! Do go 15mins. before your appointment time to allow for filling in the forms. The Spa entrance is 3 doors down from the main entrance to the Hotel, on the right hand side. In the reception lounge I was offered a tea of my choice while I filled in my details. You can choose the type of massage, Thai or hot stone, and whether you want it done lightly, medium or firm etc. Also, depending on your skin type you can tailor your facial to your particular needs. You can choose to use the swimming pool and sauna area before or after your massage if you wish. I was then introduced to my masseuse, a friendly, professional Thai lady who spent 90 mins. on my massage and facial. The heated massage table, the use of aroma therapy oils and the relaxing music enhanced the whole experience. After a shower, sauna and a dip in the pool I snuggled up in my cosy dressing gown and slippers and relaxed in the private lounge room overlooking St. Stephens green and read from a choice of glossy magazines while I drank a cranberry juice and later a sweet berry tea. Each person has their own couch with a wrap around silk headboard for added luxury and privacy. I can totally recommend this luxury spa experience. See my photos of the areas I have described. Enjoy!
Negative experience: Very very poor experience. The rooms Are out of date, the half hour appointment was only 20 min. It was 4 of us, the worse €400 Spent. While I had to help my elderly mother to get settled in her massage room, and help as she had no English, by the time I went to my own room, it was very short treatment as they deducted the time. The rooms are old looking , with brown carpets and brown towels, nothing was special. Not a spa feeling. I was very frustrated with the all experience. Please read reviews and get More information before spending your money on there! This is my ever first review, I never ever done this before. Just got so unhappy and felt the all Experience was so bad, that I had to share!
Fantastic experience: Always a 5 star experience. My favourite spa in Dublin. Love the pool and sauna too. And the views of Stephens green from the relaxation room are amazing.
Fantastic experience: Had a fabulous experience at the salon today. I had a voucher for the Hollywood hair and nails and have been meaning to use it. Being a curly hair girl, I didn't want to get the standard blow dry which is offered under the package, Julio was very happy to do a custom curly hair do for me and I left the salon with happy nourished bouncy curls. Lissett did a fab job on my nails, was very friendly and attentive without being overly intrusive. I'll defo be back again
Fantastic experience: Very nice massage and relaxing experience
Negative experience: I booked a 70 min signature massage here for myself & two friends, based on the fact that a cocktail was included. I even asked on the phone to check. Finished the massage, no cocktail included. They gave us champagne to make up for it, so giving a star for that. Also - it took a few minutes to find the reception (it's a different entrance to the Shelbourne), which was cut off the massage time, as was the time getting changed and filling out a form. The actual massage time was significantly reduced in the end, the head massage was skipped, and there was no 'tailoring to the clients needs" (I wasn't asked anything). Granted, I was a few minutes late myself - 5mins, and I think they were trying to finish me at the same time as my friends, but I was actually finished before them. Anyway, overall disappointing considering the price.
Positive experience: Disappointing experience with the warmth and wellness package. It started being left past my appointment time in the reception area while the secretary had a disagreement on the phone, then it seemed there was no communication between therapists as I was left waiting after each one because appointments were running behind. Not the five star relaxing experience expected. Lovely location and facilities.
Fantastic experience: Such a treat. Spa treatments and afternoon tea. Clean, luxurious, super staff. Expensive but worth it.
Fantastic experience: The staff were so friendly and the service was amazing. You feel like you have been transported to another wordl. My therapist explained everything and I really enjoyed my treatments.
Positive experience: Excellent massage but due to covid, the usual perks are no available (pool, post massage treats etc). Still worth the trip!
Fantastic experience: Me and my friend enjoyed a grace kelly package in this spa and it was absolutely fabulous! Everyone treated us so well and the lady that did my massage was a genius. I'm looking forward to my next spa day.
Fantastic experience: The location is luxurious and well located
Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic experience. Massage therapists were so friendly, polite and professional. Was a full on experience. Both of us loved every minute. People complaining they were rushed because they were late that's your problem, you are told to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment to avoid this. You cant expect them to push other people back because you are late. You would compline if u were left with g if they accommodated someone else so tough luck unfortunately
Negative experience: i had a pretty miserable ecperience here.I was 5 minutes late and felt instantly rushed into the massage room ..no time for the lockers nowhere to put my bags or coat ..had massage rushed out of the room with bags coats and clothes into the relaxation area. Not sure if it was home time but staff were off..When i finally got to the lockers a male ckeaner walked in to clean the changing rooms Massage was good but lost in the overall sense that it was late and everyone wanted to go home .Not cheap and not very relaxing
Fantastic experience: Always a favorite here. Amazing service.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful spa in the centre if Stephens Green. Fantastic experience.
Fantastic experience: I love the reflexology & pro collagen facial here. There are lots of other treatments here to have but those are my 2 favourite ones to get.
Fantastic experience: I needed to tame my unruly shoulder length hair with a shampoo and blow dry. I’m fussy. No products wanted. Just a good brush, high heat and a talented stylist. ✔️✔️✔️ Victoria was amazing.
Positive experience: Nice place, quality goes though up and down. Sometimes amazing sometimes average.
Negative experience: My mom and I booked two treatments each for a Wednesday. On Tuesday we are told that they can no longer accommodate us but would reschedule for a Friday and give us a discount. We researched spas over the city and this was the one we really liked so we agreed. A bit upsetting because we flew in from the US and had to redo our itinerary over this. I still find this to be really unprofessional especially with such short notice. Come spa day, either a guest or a staff member was laughing so loudly during a treatment that I had to actually bring this to the attention of my technician. Really ruined the experience and honestly am left feeling disappointed for the money spent.
Fantastic experience: Lovely
Fantastic experience: Luxury experience unrivalled by no other...! In the heart of the city you can feel a million miles away having a treatment then lounging quietly with a view overlooking Stephens Green
Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere and staff. Such a relaxing experience at the spa! I booked in for the Autumn Spice Package last weekend and would highly recommend it. The hot stone back/shoulder/neck message was I enjoyed chilling in the relaxation room as well. So peaceful and the refreshments were nice
Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, reasonable prices
Fantastic experience: I'm the first to admit I love to treat myself, when a friend suggested we do a spa package here I was all for it. I honestly have to say it was the best massage I've ever had and came out of here feeling like I was floating on air. The setting is beautiful, we didn't go to the pool area etc. as it was my first visit and wasn't sure of where things were but will definitely avail of next time. The relaxing room afterwards was just an additional highlight, the loungers overlooking St. Stephens green with the fruit and sorbet was the perfect end. I am already looking at diaries to go back for a Christmas pamper package.
Fantastic experience: A really lovely spa experience in particular the massage by Jacob which was the best i’ve had. The relaxation room is very nice and you can use the health club facilities (pool/steam room etc) as part of your day. The staff are all very lovely and friendly.
Negative experience: Had a really poor experience here, don't like judging a place on one trip but was treated so poorly here due to a mistake on their behalf that I wouldn't waste money returning to give it a second chance.
Fantastic experience: Myself and my daughter got a present of a voucher from my Son. Had an absolutely Superb day today. Spoiled thoroughly. The Staff were excellent. Jackie looked after me She was amazing. We had a wonderful day. Thank you to all the Staff at the Spa for looking after us so well.
Fantastic experience: Amazing! I had reflexology massage, Kim is the best. Love the relaxing room.
Fantastic experience: Lovely pool, really friendly staff, great treatments. Loved the relaxation room. Great ambiance
Negative experience: Worst pedicure with gel nails ever!! I had booked a 2 week Essie pedicure for a treat as my old salon in town had stopped offering pedicures, but it was a huge mistake! When I first arrived I was given water in a dirty glass with someone else's lipstick all round the rim & wasn't offered anything to read or even a colour chart to choose my next colour, but I let it go. There was no massage, no skin work or moisturiser/oil applied..I wasn't even allowed to put my feet in the water until I asked at the very end as my skin around my toe nails was all grazed and bleeding from the heavy handed filing and was stinging like mad with the nail polish remover applied-most painful pedi ever!! :( The therapist was constantly checking her watch during the treatment too and so I felt totally on edge, like I was holding her up. Worst of all, despite numerous applications of questionable (?out of date) Essie polish (that was pretty much just slapped on with little consultation on colour etc) the results are just awful!! Smudged, dull, uneven with gaps all around the edges as it wouldn't set at all under the light and so when the nail polish remover was applied to tidy at the end, it all started to wipe off!! I honestly could've done a better job myself at home, rather than wasting 90 minutes and going through quite severe pain with the skin grazing! So disappointing! Even the manager agreed it was a total mess with no shine to it at all. At the end I asked to wash my feet to try to reduce the stinging from the grazing and wasn't even offered a towel! I was left with dripping wet feet for >10 minutes and so had to use my own scarf to dry them in the end as I was getting cold sitting with wet feet waiting for so long. In fairness the did offer to re-do the whole thing from scratch but after 90minutes of sitting in the one spot I was just too sore, tired and had pins and needles in my legs+feet & so couldn't even contemplate the thought..will just fix it later myself at home (should be easy to take off 'gel' nails with regular nail varnish remover which will be a first!) and find a new salon! Total rip off..I won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Luxurious experience in the fashionable Stephen's green quarter. Pampered in this elegant venue at prices that are in line with most Spas in Dublin with the added plus of feeling like a celebrity. Look out for their special deals. They are extremely goid value!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic.
Fantastic experience: Very relaxing. Nice treatments and a nice view from the relaxation room. Great tea variety.
Positive experience: Beautiful spa and massage was good but not fantastic. The pool/sauna and steam bath are the best in Dublin!
Positive experience: Really enjoyed my 1 hour massage and then my fabulous pedicure at the salon below. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was superb! The spa and salon missed a few small things that would have been appreciated: there was no drying station for my toes (apparently the equipment is coming), and the spa didn't have a comb and other small toiletries the I would have appreciated having after taking a shower there. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed my few hours there! Tip: Be sure to bring your own flip flops if having a pedicure. And, bring your own comb and toiletries if you are having a shower after your treatment.
Fantastic experience: Good
