Fantastic experience: This is some well used trails here and there is many trails from the top to the bottom start at the radio towers
Negative experience: Sadly the bike trails are not maintained. They have probably become deer paths and v hard to ride. The trailhead map has been removed. Would definitely not recommend unless you know the trails already and well experienced.
