The trainers at the gym have been so understanding and tailored my workouts and diet to accommodate my recovery and getting back in shape. Fantastic experience: I’m very happy. I started a little over two weeks ago, and I’ve already seen great results, losing 4.5 kilos. The training sessions are personal, so you always feel well attended to, unlike gyms where you have to wait for machines. During the hours I train, I’m usually alone with my husband, or at most, there’s one more person. Kerstin is helping me with both the diet and the training. They don’t force you to do anything, but they offer diets if you want to follow them, and they recommend and support you throughout the process.

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean. Staff are very helpfull and would really guide you. The staff are really concern with the goal that you set. The training and nutrition guide are excellent.

Fantastic experience: Only recently started with kerstin in educogym, a tough plan to start off with but worthwhile when you get the results . I am delighted that after 8 days I lost 4.6kg in body fat and gained 2.5kg in muscle, looking forward to continue to see the results !

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Educogym Eccles St and I would highly recommend it. The staff are highly knowledgeable and are always keen to assist or provide guidance. Frequent assessments are provided, including different nutritional plans to help gym members achieve their objective. The gym is clean with perfectly maintained equipment. Although it is small, it is never crowded as there is a time slot booking system, and members always get staff's attention and advice.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful start to my 28 challenge supported and encouraged by Kristen & Dillion in only 2 weeks I have lost half inch of chest waist and hips. Energy increased and sleep improved too. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, instructors are always there to guide you through the exercises and the equipment, it’s never too crowded and the appointment system is flexible and easy to use. Assessments with Kerstin, every couple of weeks helps keep you on track.

Fantastic experience: Keratin and Amos have been a true inspiration to me! I was very skeptical to start with 20 min in gym and the diet but gave the 12 day diet a go and the 3 x a week gym sessions. In 12 days I have lost 4% body fat and gained 1kg muscle. It’s been a great circuit breaker to bad habits and getting me back focusing on health. Now the challenge will be sticking at it and staying accountable. I still have a bit to go to reach my goals but know the team will help me reach then! Fantastic experience: Not your ordinary gym! Kerstin is really good coach! I started last April overweight, no energy and lowest self confidence. Fast forward 3 months and I am developing muscles, getting stronger, back to a healthy weight and being confident. Kerstin guided me every step of my fitness journey. She make sure im comfortable on the exercises while pushing to be better. My diet consist of foods that I like. The gym is frequently cleaned and not over crowded. They focus on you and monitor your progress. Best of all the exercise set is short but very effective! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Quality, Professionalism, Real work with each customer individually giving the best results for each person for his/her unique targets. Happy I've met Kerstin in July 2021 with the help of one friend. After 2 month of exercises I got back to my slim shapes lost in the ~2 years pandemic home life and switched most of the fat to what it supposed to be there - muscles. Fantastic experience: Before joining Educogym I was overweight,flabby and had a lot of cellulite.I also noticed in the last few years my muscle tone was deteriorating rapidly.This all made me very unhappy and self conscious. Within 3 months of joining, I noticed a major improvement in my body shape.To date I have lost 3 stone .My body fat is gone from 40 % to 26%.I have toned up and gained muscle. .Its like I had surgery without going under the knife.At 57 my body is in better shape than it was in my 20's.I feel great with lots of energy and much more confident. The training sessions last only 20 minutes and it's so easy to follow the gym's healthy food plan. Last but not least it's the trainers in the gym that make everything possible .I can't thank them enough for their support,encouragement,and advice. Fantastic experience: To anyone who seeks to know or open to positivity Having recently returned from an Educo seminar with a greatly refreshed mind and spirit it seemed only prim and proper to also get my body into shape. As it happened one of the participants on the seminar who himself looked the picture of health and indeed a credible individual recommended Eccles Street Gym as the place to go. So in November 2018 I went along for an assessment chat with asking that I simply wanted to flab down and tone up generally. I was delighted to answer the fact find questions posed with measurements etc. in a friendly and professional manner. In my own mind I was to give this everything I had for an initial three months and that included what seemed quite an investment in supplements. This is where the seminar material seemed to tell me to just get on with it and so perhaps blind faith took over. After just a few weeks with the one on one coaching to the brink on each exercise relay I felt much better in spirit, mind and body. After three months I found myself evaluating my wardrobe with choosing trousers and shirts to take for downsize. Compliments are in abundance from people I know about my new apparent appearance. Silly as it might sound is the fact that even lukewarm friends and strangers are far more engaging which is something I should just embrace in the feel good factor that is apparent. So thanks Kerstin and team at Educo Gym, Eccles Street for playing this new part in my elevated state. I sincerely hope my experience might strike a chord with you. Fantastic experience: Educogym, Eccles st. is one of the best I have seen. The trainers are really friendly and understands your challenges. Equipments are convenient, easy to use and aid in providing a high intensity workout giving maximum benefits and results in the shortest time possible. The whole staff works as a team and encourages you even for your smallest achievements.

Fantastic experience: I have been training in educo gym Eccles street for a number of years I find it fantastic in every way. For building muscle to keep me strong and for focused in my every day life.the trainers stay with you while you are doing your training workout to make sure you are doing it correctly. They encourage you to push yourself more than if you were training in another gym on your own I look forward to going to the gym because when I finish i feel I'm ready for the day.
