Negative experience: The trainer can easily cancel the lesson on the day of training
As a solo gym owner, this has happened a few times in my 4 years in business and never at financial cost to members. In a recent circumstance due to a family emergency all valued members were messaged the night before training with alternative options provided. Unfortunately I can’t identify the reviewer as they have never set foot in my gym
Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Rob’s classes for a few years and have had a fantastic experience! He provides small group classes that are dynamic, engaging while also challenging as the program features a mix of strength, cardio and conditioning. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions and in particular Iove that they evolve and change throughout the course of your program. I can confidently recommend Rob to anyone looking for a supportive, fun and challenging workout experience.

Fantastic experience: Joined Lifted from anther gym. Really love working out here. The mixture of strength and cardio is brilliant for me. I love the small group training. Rob is a totally committed coach and is always thinking of ways to challenge us. Added bonus to this gym - when the weather is nice we get to do some of the training outdoors. Brilliant !
Fantastic experience: Fantastic classes available up to 4 days a week with plenty of time slots available to suit everyone's busy schedules. The classes are a great mixture of strength, cardio and conditioning. Couldn't meet a nicer trainer who ammends the classes for you depending on your goals, capability and fitness level. Couldn't recommend enough!!
Fantastic experience: I joined earlier this year. Absolutely love it. It's really easy for parking and you get lots of individual coaching in small group classes. Highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: I joined Rob's class during the lockdown period and found the strength & conditioning class different to anything I had done previously. Lots of specific movements and exercises to help with the goals that were important to me. Rob customised the training to cater for the different needs of each client which added a personal touch. He took the time to understand what my individual goals were and helped me focus on getting the maximum value of out each session. I have carried movements and exercises that he showed me into my every day routine which has been really beneficial. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking to start or continue their training. His passion and knowledge are clear to see!
Fantastic experience: I personally love lifted lifestyle, I've never had an ounce of upper body strength and now I'm doing push ups and boxing and my confidence has grown! So friendly and motivating I look forward to the classes every week!
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Rob outdoors now since June and have managed to lose up to 20 Kgs. I have never been in better shape and was not expecting the result to appear as quick as it did. The diet plan and routine is very easy to follow and it is all done before I start work. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love doing the classes mainly because for the first time in years I am strength training without getting any lower back trouble. Rob is very attentive to the weight everyone is carrying and finds the balance of working the muscles to the max without picking up any injuries perfectly! The program changes every couple of weeks - which for me is a lot more enjoyable than just lifting heavier weights in a gym each time. An added bonus is he has educated me in using elastic bands in exercises which is very handy with current covid restrictions.
Fantastic experience: I joined up with the hopes of gaining some muscle mass and cardio as I Covid had impeded my progress greatly over the summer. Robert's class delivered on a well thought out, innovative and rigorous work out which you get out of it exactly what you put into it. I havn't done strength classes before but would highly recommend it as you can feed off the energy of those around and push yourself that bit more. Overall the classes were very enjoyable, covid friendly and helped me achieve results. Would highly recommend Robert Elliott as a trainer and his creative programmes.
