Fantastic experience: I have been to been to Eden One on a number of occasions for day spa packages and it just gets better every time. The place is immaculate and staff are all so so friendly! From the reception staff to cafe staff, they are so friendly and professional. A special mention to the lovely Kate who always greets us with such friendliness and grace, immediately putting us at ease and there to help with anything we may need. This time I had the a la carte package and it was the best treatment I have ever had. My therapist Sevta is so so amazing at her job. I felt like I was floating after treatments (the best head massage I’ve ever had). She was extremely professional and an absolute asset to the place. Also the lunch was to die for! I was spoilt! Thank you Eden One once again! See you soon!

Positive experience: One treasure to think off when you want to treat yourself for a special occasion (we are not members) I got deep tissue massage and was quite pleased with the overall experience. Very hygienic and user friendly- the people would make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. It is 200% expensive , thus I reduced a star and mentioned that it’s a one time treat place for me. Worth trying when you’ve some extra cash and if you want to spend time in a non smelly/sticky and dodgy looking massage parlours. Be at least 15 min before your booking time, else they’d cut down on your reserved massage time.

Positive experience: I have a pre paid voucher, and the back and forth to book it in has been madness. I have to pre add a card, even though its been paid. bizarre. Honestly theres been like10 emails back and forth to book in a pre paid voucher massage.

Fantastic experience: By far the nicest gym I’ve been to. It has everything you need for weight equipment and cardio machines. A variety of classes are offered daily, all day long. All of the trainers are professional and bring their own style to the classes they teach. The spa area is without equal, with a pool and jacuzzi as well a both a steam room and two saunas. I’ve been coming here since it opened, and it’s maintained it’s level of quality through the years

Positive experience: Facilities were very nice, gym has a good range of equipment. But the best experience was the lady that met us at reception, Kate. Was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I own my own gym business. I’m lucky to have travelled to most countries around the world but Kate was by far the best customer service professional I’ve come across. She was so professional and so kind. I was blown away by her support and professionalism. She was simply outstanding.

Negative experience: Facilities great, but really poor experience with admin team. First the good: 1. Facilities are lovely, one of the best spas in Ireland 2. Very clean and well maintained The bad: 1. After booking staff had to ring me back 3 times over the course of a week, each time because they had incorrectly saved my card details to hold the booking 2. After paying the full bill at the end on the day at the end, I then received an email that I hadn't paid for the food element and would be charged on the card used to hold the booking (which was incorrect). A quick phone call, sorted - but don't know why this happened? 3. 2 weeks later, I see I have been charged twice for the whole experience, once on the card I paid for at the end of the day, then charged the full amount again on the card used to hold the booking - again, how does this happen? Extremely frustrating having to chase their team sort & refund.

Fantastic experience: one of the best apartments in all of dublin my stay here was absolutely exceptional the staff were incredibly kind especially ash and amut both were extremely generous and friendly the place is clean and well organized offering a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive the security is top notch giving you a sense of safety and peace throughout your stay i highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay in dublin

Fantastic experience: We stopped by yesterday on recommendation of a friend and were so kindly greeted by David and Daniel. The spa is incredible - there is a proper hydro circuit with an ice bath, the pools are lovely, and the entire scene is very luxurious and exclusive. A perfect day in Dublin!

Fantastic experience: We went to Eden One as a treat to mark my daughter's birthday and engagement. The whole experience was wonderful from reception, to therapists and lunch, but the highlight was meeting Kate who made us feel so welcome and made our special occasion even more memorable. I would highly recommend a visit. We particularly enjoyed the trip to the roof top terrace.

Fantastic experience: My mother and I went to Eden One for the Day Spa package as a treat day out to celebrate a birthday and an engagement. The facilities were wonderful, the treatments amazing, and Kate could not have done enough for us. Lunch was also delicious. I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Im a regular user of day spas , attending multiple throughout Ireland , I can say I left Eden 1 completely underwhelmed. From the moment of arrival at a fabulous desk in the lobby with no staff and no instruction as to where the actual spa was , a resident had to direct us . We booked the À la carte package with treatments and lunch . The lunch menu was extremely limited , ordered Teppanyaki steak ( with added supplement price ) honestly it was the toughest steak I think Iv ever had . As the lunch area is small and intimate I didn’t want to send the food back or complain with other diners in ear shot , so headed off for my treatment leaving the un edible lunch. The facilities are tiny not somewhere you could spend a few hours , we were not shown around by anyone and only by asking a cleaner did we realise the was an upstairs area that was equally underwhelming, although they did have an ice bath that I had wanted to try only to realise again after consulting with a cleaner that the water is only cleaned at night as I expressed there were Pubic hairs floating around and was there no way to filter it on a continuous basis. The therapist was a lovely girl , and treatment was “ nice “ a bit repetitive tbh . Eden 1 has decor of a stunning spa but not the facility’s . Upon leaving we were asked how was everything, I explained about the lunch to be met with really sorry to hear that I’ll let the kitchen know ( I’m sure the knew when a full steak arrived back ) and that is €€€ for you steak supplement you didn’t eat . All in all it’s not somewhere I would recommend or return & I would question the validity of some of the 5 star reviews ( with the very professional photos in a phone area ) I did give 2 stars for the decor and the friendly therapist

Но, меня оставила сама целевая аудитория, которая посещает клуб. Довольно консервативно, а мне хочется больше энергии чувствовать в клубе - заражаясь активной энергией вокруг. Поэтому пока что, я не готова быть в рядах постоянных клиентов. Менеджер очень деликатно всё рассказала и показала без лишней навязчивости.

Fantastic experience: Three of us attended today to use our Sanctuary Vouchers. Having heard a little about the facility I think I was a little apprehensive as it's quite high end. I needn't have worried. We were met by the most gorgeous friendly adorable lady, Kate. She immediately put us at ease and made us feel completely at home. The treatments were perfect, My masseuse, Cristina was super, very professional and a magic massage and facial. The lunch was out of this world and there was absolutely no hurry leaving the lunch area, we could have stayed all day. The coffee was so nice I purchased a bag to take away. Kate checked in with us a few times to make sure we were being well looked after, an amazing day. I would highly recommend this beautiful facility. Absolutely Top Class.

Fantastic experience: Fourth time here! Never disappoints! I’ve been to many spa”s and the treatments here are hands down the best I’ve ever had. All the therapists are amazing and dedicated and Kate is fantastic! A real zen escape in the city! Love spending the day here. Great that with the packages you can avail of the thermal suite for as long as you want also. Food and coffee also lovely for a treat afterwards! Always leave this place floating!

With the Himalayan salt sauna, the hydrotherapy bath, the endless pool for laps in place, and the high-quality restaurant, this is the best place to spend six hours on your last day visiting Ireland. End your visit with a cocktail on the complex roof with the best outdoor view in Dublin. I must return to this place again, or I will be unsatisfied with my existence on this planet.

Negative experience: I came last year to visit the gym club, the man who received me was really nice and I enjoyed the visit. The gym club is well equipped and very fancy, it's worth the price, literally! However, one of the women at the reception (a mixed girl, I don't know if she's still working there, hope not) made me uncomfortable. I was sat, waiting for the prices list, she stood up telling me she saw my underwear. I thanked her, and went to check. I was actually wearing black so it was not possible, she was after that, smirking and starring at me. I'm working in customer service for 10 years now and I was so chocked by her behavior. I really hope the staff has changed and is filled with good energy now!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience! We went there with the Pure Indulgence Spa Packages it is was just amazing. The full massage (body + facial) lasts 2:30 and then you have access to the full facility. The lunch was great and the mains were included in the package. It is relatively expensive, but totally worth it for the level of service. It has a very personalised feeling, and the staff is just amazing.

Positive experience: This is a review of the Eden One Spa not the other facilities. When the spa treatment experience goes well it’s wonderful. However if it goes wrong the management is defensive and indifferent, and don’t accept the clients account or dissatisfaction.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience at Eden One. Myself and my mother visited in February 2022 for a day of rest and relaxation. The facility is second to none, the staff were superb and the treatments on offer were excellent. Quite rare to visit a wellness/spa facility where you never felt rushed or hurried out when your 'time was up'. We were not limited at all in our use of the facilities both pre and post treatments. Special mention to Kate who took exceptional care of us from the moment we arrived - she ensured we felt welcome and enjoyed the day.

Fantastic experience: Myself and a friend came here to avail of the midweek package and we had a wonderful experience! All of the staff members that we interacted with were so welcoming. Kate was so accommodating and you truly got the impression that she wanted you to have the best time. I had my treatments with Diana and they were brilliant, probably the best massage and facial I’ve had. Lunch was delicious and the cocktails were outstanding thanks to Edgar and Massio. Well worth a visit. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic experience: I went to eden one to celebrate my 30th birthday and had the most incredible time. I was greeted at the door and was shown around the facilities by Kate who wished me a happy birthday and explained everything I needed to know. I then got a facial, back/neck/shoulder massage and a foot massage by Abbie who was amazing! With the mid week a la carte deal you get full use of the spa after your treatments which is great value for money. I loved every second of it and left that night feeling like I was floating... pure bliss
