I really enjoy the classes there and the place is very big and clean. During the classes, you do have a lot of space for yourself. Matthew is very good at fitness training and nutrition knowledge. Fantastic experience: Joined in Nov 2022 for group PT and have been going ever since. Matthew and Amy are brilliant at what they do, they give a push when needed or can change things up if you are struggling or working through an injury. They are super friendly and there is never any pressure to do anything. Loads of times available for group PT or cardio classes so there should be a time to suit everyone of all ages and fitness.
