Fantastic experience: Have nothing but good to say about them. Honest, Genuine & Fair to deal with, no messing around at all. I've purchased a lot of equipment off them to date from attachments to large machine and have never had an issue. On one occasion there was an aesthetic part for a machine I purchased on backorder that didn't come with the kit. Ciara in Sales dealt with the issue in a very quick professional manner and also gave me a gift as a token of gratitude - Extremely good customer service and well handled situation. I would highly recommend Fitness Equipment Ireland and will continue to use them for all future purchases.

Fantastic experience: I am a personal trainer who built a successful coaching business in a commercial gym for 10 years. I got in touch with Fitness equipment Ireland (FEI) in early 2024, When I had decided to leave the comfort of the commercial gym, and open my own personal / Small group training studio. From the very first phone call, I was convinced FEI were the company I wanted to work with. Brendan was the project manager for my gym installation, and I could not speak highly enough of him. Before I even spent a penny, he was so helpful. Answering my many questions, offering extremely helpful consulting frequently, and sending me numerous 3D designs of what my gym could look like. I bought in bulk as I was very happy with the quality of the equipment and the pricing, Brendan helped me use every penny of my 25k budget to its full potential. FEI followed through on all their promises. Installation was done on the date planned, and within 3 working days which they told me it would be. Whenever there was a little niggle, as there often is with any big construction project, Brendan was on it straight away and fixed it instantly. The gym installation was impeccable, and looked every bit as amazing as I hoped it would. Brendan continued to follow up with me post instalation, to make sure I was happy with everything. It was clear from the first phone call with him to the last, that he was very invested In this project, and really cared about producing the best gym possible for me. I am very happy to announce that is exactly what FEI and Brendan achieved. Could not recommend highly enough :)

Fantastic experience: I purchased a Pilates reformer and the process/delivery was so easy. It was delivered within 48hours. I had spoken to other companies who had a 12 week delivery period. The quality of the machine is very good for the price also and it came with accessories included which normally are extra.

Fantastic experience: Got a 32kg kettlebell 3 years ago love it went back today got another 32kg and a 36kg kettlebell and a 25kg refurb dumbell amazing deal great to do business with ciara and alex and others would recomend anytime. great service and products bought a 32kb kettlebell lads looked after me even though they were about to close

Fantastic experience: I recently bought some bolt adjustable dumbbells and was just talking to Jay (the lad who brings out your purchase) We were chatting about warm ups, skipping etc. He gave me some solid advice to warm up the muscle group you would be targeting and he told me about the resistance band set. It was keenly priced and made a lot more sense than just skipping for 10 minutes, I’m doing both now and seeing a mark difference in my first set. Thanks Jay, I appreciate the knowledge.

Fantastic experience: *edit* The owner saw this review and got in touch with me straight away, and less than 24 hours later, my bike is up and running. Thank you. Have purchased a bike, and had some issues with installing the bike saddle. I've been chasing customer services for months now, by calls, emails, WhatsApp to have the bike saddle installed and I'm not getting any response. Hasn't been the best experience.

Fantastic experience: Got 45 Bodypump sets with steps & racks for storage for our athletics club. Found all the staff that we interacted with extremely efficient and a joy to deal with. Delivery arrived within 48hrs of placing order and was exactly as advertised at a very competitive price. Couldn’t fault the service , will be using Fitness Equipment again and would recommend them.

He really knew his stuff about the equipment we were interested in and was more than happy to find out anything additional we asked. We got really good advice as to what bike would suit us and the focus was very much matching the product to what you need it for. We also have the gym floor from this company and it's fantastic. Great value for money and excellent quality for a home gym. We'll definitely be using this company for all things gym.

Positive experience: Ordered weights from here. The products are good quality and good value. But I did have a lot of issues with delivery. The wrong items were delivered a few times and I had to wait a long time to get my order. Management did get in touch and look after me very well after that. And I have ordered from here since and delivery was very quick.
