Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to EducoGym for a few years, and it’s the first place where I’ve found consistency in my fitness journey. Knowing firsthand that these processes aren’t easy, with Educo’s help, I’ve been able to achieve results that I hadn’t seen in a very long time. The staff genuinely cares and really gets to know you, building a customized plan that can fit your needs and current lifestyle. Besides the great and complete training sessions, they provide integral nutrition plans that teach you how to eat properly and explain the long-term effects of certain foods and habits, which for me was eye-opening. They also share other tips and tricks to support your fitness process effectively. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism, dedication, and support. You can really count on them to be there for you and improve your lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I have been an Educo member for two years now and I can safely say it works. The coaching is beyond amazing by Fran. I completed my first photo shoot and more so ,I am learning soo much about what my body is capable of with the right education and support and relationship with food. It’s changed my mental health too and I know now that I can do hard things without the emotional pick me up’s and bad comfort eating habits. Fantastic experience: I'm a fan of the Educo style of training for some years but is my favourite of all the Educos that I've tried. The stuff are super friendly and with check up sessions every two weeks I felt they were keeping me on top of what needed to change on my training/diet regularly so as not to just let things slide. If you feel you need guidance on how to train properly or help with accountability, I recommend these guys.

Fran is very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable in what he does. Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with great trainers, who push and encourage you. Personally I got great results and my waist is the smallest it's ever been. I'm leaner and stronger.. the nutritional advice is top notch. So I say if it's results you are after then look no further than educo castleknock, you won't be disappointed..
