Fantastic experience: Erica is a fantastic teacher. Fun fact: I sweat more in her cycling class than I do running the middle of summer in Texas! She is also a powerhouse of a business owner having had to pivot during the pandemic to keep the gym going. I am so impressed with what she has built in Howth and love that she has created a wellness hub to get everything you need in one spot! Cannot recommend The Gym Howth enough!
