Fantastic experience: Something different and exciting to try. Lisa and the staff are wonderful, supportive and helpful. One of my kids goes to the children's classes and loves it, they even convinced me to join too! Having attended classes here myself I can say nothing negative at all! Great variety of classes for all levels and abilities and the support is amazing! You may walk in feeling nervous but you'll leave feeling part of the pride!

Fantastic experience: The Lioness Studio is more like a family then a gym. The instructors are fantastic and so supportive! I was really nervous starting out but the ladies made me feel at home immediately. Aerial Fitness is such tough exercise but brilliant fun! It doesn't feel like going to the gym at all!!!
