Fantastic experience: Hannah is an amazing Spin instructor. Energetic and encouraging!

Negative experience: *Updates: After my review, they got in touch and with a more empathetic attitude and we negotiated the temporary pause of the membership. ______________ There’s no way to pause your membership and no alternatives other than you paying for credits that you won’t be able to use it. I hope you don’t have any family emergencies in your life. The staff, classes and infrastructure are what you pay for. Let’s be realistic, it’s an expensive “premium” gym. That’s why it’s especially disappointing after 2 years of being a regular customer, see that if you have an unfortunate situation in your life, the company seems to lack the empathy and flexibility to address the situation properly. They prefer to lose a customer. Now, I’m questioning whether our values still align, as their approach feels unnecessarily rigid. Better to exercise caution before committing to their memberships.

Fantastic experience: Everything nice!

Fantastic experience: The entire Perpetua team is amazing! From the warm greetings and smiles at the reception to the unwavering support from the coaches in the classroom, everything is perfect. When I first started, I wasn't able to fully keep up with the rest of the class, but I never felt awkward or judged. The instructors took the time to guide me and help me improve. Now, I've reached a point where I actually can't wait for the next class (which still amazes me after almost a year because I've never been keen on going to the gym before ). My favorite class is Rumble and David, Finn and Mandy are fantastic I absolutely love the vibe at Perpetua and can't recommend it enough

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. I have been a member in several gyms in the area as I live locally and I have to say Perpetua is by far the better gym of low lot. Staff are super friendly, facilities are really clean and the classes are brilliant (especially Rumble with Finn). I have recommended Perpetua to several friends and would happy recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: By far my favourite gym I have stepped foot in! The trainers are so lovely and made me feel comfortable in every class. Kate, Ali, Finn & David in Lennox would be the main classes I do and they are just incredible coaches and so motivating! I have been to some other classes too and all of the coaches are so welcoming! 10/10!! Such a gorgeous space and always so clean. You pay for what you get here and the service is always amazing. Shower towels and shampoos are all included so I never have to worry about forgetting anything!

Fantastic experience: The spinning instructor ( I think his name was Tony) was super helpful before the spinning class by helping me to set up the bike etc in a most friendly manner - made an impression with me. It was a tough class which is what I was looking for unlike other spinning centres/ gyms and the premises is spotless and very modern. In all, a great experience so well done guys.

Positive experience: I attended a Rythem Ride class on a Sunday morning. Energetic class & motivational music. Great start to the week. Facilities are good. They provide towels for the class and you can buy smoothies/drinks on site. The locker codes don't seem to work, but changing areas are clean & there are hairdryers/straighteners, deodorant & dry shampoo to use. Expensive for a spin class but will attend again to try out the circuit training.

Fantastic experience: Consistency of trainer is always incredibly high. It can be very draining being the trainer but every single day they show up in good spirits and deliver an excellent session, special shout out to David who is exceptional and Anna at the front desk who is always incredibly helpful and pleasant every day.

Fantastic experience: I am someone who has really struggled to find the right gym and right scenario to be comfortable to attend a gym regularly. Perpetua is a stunning gym with all the modern equipment but more importantly very welcoming staff. I would like to thank David Lenart from the Lennox studio as he has helped me become more comfortable in the gym and been an excellent coach in my boxing journey. Yes it is expensive but if anywhere is worth it I think it’s this place!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous studio, super super clean. Great intense classes, all the instructors I've been to have all been great. Really nice vibe - defo recommend.

Positive experience: I really like Perpetua - the classes are high quality, everything is always clean and the shakes are delicious. Really good facilitaties. In my opinion, some of the instructors are stronger teachers than others - last minute staff changes happen sometimes without notification.

Fantastic experience: Amazing classes, the coaches are super fun and the equipment is top notch. I can highly recommend the cycling classes or the „Tread & Shred“ classes. However, the lockers are sometimes all taken and there is no other possibility to store your personal belongings. Also, some of the showers are not working and are extremely hot (without the possibility to turn it colder).
