Dear JW Li, We are truly sorry for the experience you had at our gym 5 years ago. We apologise for the inconvenience and distress caused when you were locked in the changing room. It was an oversight on our part as our staff failed to check the changing room before leaving to celebrate Christmas. We understand that you had to resort to calling the police to reach out to the owner and be let out at the end of the day. We acknowledge that this is not the level of service we strive to provide to our members.
