Fantastic experience: Ronnie has completely changed my mindset towards training and exercise and has a wealth of knowledge in relation to athletic coaching. Just a couple of sessions with him has given me a lot of hope and confidence going forward to continuously develop my strength and conditioning and also deal with setbacks along the way. I would highly recommend Ronnie athletes of any level who would be looking to develop their athletic performance, those struggling with confidence or those who consider themselves as “injury prone”.

Fantastic experience: Ronnie has incredible knowledge about the human body, and takes such passion with what he does. I broke my femur and tibia in an accident which required an operation. I did 11 sessions with Ronnie and it was an unbelievable experience, he approached my injury with such positivity and great advice. His exercises were brilliant, I noticed an improvement everyday. Ronnie brought back my confidence and motivation each session, as well as encouraged me to "trust" my leg again, while he supported me to regain the ability to properly walk, skip and climb stairs along the way! So 5 stars to Ronnie, truly a remarkable practitioner!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Ronnie for pain in my lower back caused by a slipped disc. I had gone to other physiotherapists and chiropractors before but none caused actual long-term change. Ronnie really transformed my back health. He changed my outlook on exercise and is the main reason exercise is now a daily habit and a routine in my life. He has an expert knowledge of the body and the muscles and nerves of the back. The appointments are effective, helpful and a 100% worth the price. The best physio I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with back pain and looking to make some positive changes in their life.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my family highly recommend Optimumbody. My knee was very painful, i could not go for my daily walk as the pain was too much. I had just 1 appointment with Ronnie. He asked me to go for a short walk later that day. That was the 1st time in 3 months i could walk around the park in Renvile. I continue to do the exercises he recommended and I am painfree thank God. My son who plays both codes in GAA and is a cross country runner goes to Ronnie on a regular basis. Fantastic experience: My son Ryan broke both his ankles within 5 months of each other playing rugby, both required surgery. Ronnie was brilliant, he not only helped my son back to full ability, he also helped bring back his confidence. Ronnie goes above and beyond, he taught my son running techniques and sent many videos to help him improve. He also analysed videos we sent back of Ryan..all free of charge. I highly recommend Ronnie..he is very knowledgeable, dedicated and its obvious he loves what he does.

A lot of them were pushing for me to get a operation on my back but sense I met Ronnie. I never looked back, back playing soccer, gym. Money well spent for an expert in the field.

Fantastic experience: I herniated a disc in my back February 2020. Ronnie was recommended to me by a friend. I have had 3 treatments with Ronnie and I cannot believe the difference. The improvement in my walk and the decrease in pain has been life changing. I cannot recommend Ronnie highly enough. He understands what you are going through and gives you a program that suits you. Five stars is just not enough.

Fantastic experience: Easy as this, had a bad neck injury that wld flare up at any given moment, training , gettin out of bed anything, ended up been compressed c2,3,4... after a year of doctors and physio treatments that were great but it wasnt actually fixed, 1 session with ronnie and a year n a bit later iv never had the problem again.. not only did he work on my neck but my whole body, from my feet up, i always recommend ronnie... top guy

Fantastic experience: I will keep this simple although my back pain was quite complex and with me 15 long years after almost paralysing myself in a Gym. The medical remedy - a sort of Diafene, Valium and a Course of Tramadol then lie flat for 4 days. The physical remedy- many years of chiropractic work, back would return to some semblance of normality. Visit to Ronnie - 3 treatments combined with his transfer of knowledge on what other factors may be causing my back pain - Back Cured.
