Active Plus

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed going to active plus gym. It had been a while since I was in the gym due to injuries but the team were really good at showing me the correct technique and since then I've been really enjoying the classes there's a good mix of different classes and everyone's very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Aisling at Active Plus for a few months now, and I have really had a great experience. The whole team is extremely welcoming and helpful. Aisling has been fantastic at pushing me just enough to help reach my full potential without making me feel defeated or overwhelmed when I'm struggling. She has provided me with two programs to do on my own which I've really enjoyed as I transition to going to the gym myself. I would recommend Active Plus to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer and/or a small gym that has a great environment. Thanks to everyone on the team for making me feel so comfortable! :)

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym, they saved my year! I did some personal training with Neil that really got me back in great habits and their online classes are excellent, consistent but also varied enough to really keep you going! You honestly feel like part of the family straight away which is really important to me.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of active plus for the last five years. I started with just classes and then personal training which helped with my confidence to train by myself on gym floor. My trainer Catherine is amazing and I couldn't recommend her enough, she always changes up my plan and challenges me which I actually enjoy. There is a great community atmosphere in the gym and all the trainers are so approachable and friendly which is exactly what I want in a gym.

Fantastic experience: lovely set for a workout, the personal trainers are supportive and friendly. There is no toxic behaviour allowed there, there's not a massive amount of training equipment,but what's there will more than do the job for almost any workout.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym that I have ever been in...... and I have previously found gyms to be the most boring places on the planet!!! Catherine the owner and fortunately for me... my personal trainer is 'THE BEST' She and her staff treat all members the same .... regardless of age or physical limitations.. Its a gym where you are welcomed if you are 16 or 60.
