Fantastic experience: Top Class Service!!! I had a breakdown with my treadmill. Several people advised me it could not be fixed. I contacted Gymfix who informed me that he would attend my home between 12-3 on a particular date. Eddie arrived at 11.45, he spend 3-4 mins examining the treadmill and identified the problem. He told me he'd be back within 10 days. I later got a message giving me a date and time slot to return to fix my treadmill. Eddie again arrived on time and had the repair done in a short time and the room was left tidy. An excellent service. It was really refreshing to have a a trade do exactly as they say. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: I contacted gymfix a few weeks ago to enquire about purchasing equipment for my small PT studio. They were extremely helpful and were able to offer me advice on what machines would work best for my clients and my studio. My equipment was delivered and installed the following week and myself and clients couldn't be happier. The service was excellent from start to finish, I cannot fault them. Highly recommend if you need home or commercial equipment, gymfix will keep you right.

Negative experience: Bought a "Commercial" Treadmill from this company for my new start up gym that broke down less than six months later. Gymfix then refused to replace it or give refund because it wasn't, in fact, a commercial treadmill and therefore wasn't covered. All this when it was still supposedly under a 12 month warranty. Absolutely blatant derogation of their obligations as a retailer. Currently taking a claim vs the business for falsely advertising their products. Best avoided.

Fantastic experience: My Eliptical Machine stopped working, contacted Gym Fix they came to my home, identified the issue, rectified it quickly and effectively. Great customer service from the Admin and professional engineers. Great job very happy.

Fantastic experience: Just bought a ex demo treadmill and spin bike from Gymfix and I cannot be happier. I contacted Gymfix via email and I had the equipment installed in just over a week from contacting them. Two guys came and installed the equipment upstairs in my house with absolutely no fuss. Top marks all around. Would definitely recommend Gymfix to anyone who's looking for top quality equipment at great prices.
