Fantastic experience: Any advice or help I asked for was given freely and in a friendly manner. I went from being an unfit and generally lethargic individual ( I told the instructor on the first day that I could run less than thirty feet without losing my breath) with back and ankle problems to now considering doing triathlons and Iron-man contests. A great place for anyone with muscle tension and general physical hindrance(s) or anyone wanting to start a new physical adventure.
