Fantastic experience: Joined the mum and baby class to get back to fitness post partum, I was greeted with a friendly welcoming atmosphere with other mums who had the same goals as me. Catherine is brilliant at giving a helping hand to take care of the little ones so us Mums can continue our workout.

Fantastic experience: 3BFit is the best gym I have attended so far. Cath and Atif really care about the members and have transformed my approach to fitness. They’ve given me tips on how to alter my diet so as not to feel bad about it but approaching it the best way that fits me. They’ve taken time to understand my goals and tailor workouts that are challenging and enjoyable. From attending workput classes with them the past two months, I can feel my mobility, flexibility and overall fitness improve. I appreciate how they focus in proper form and technique, ensuring I stay safe while pushing my limits. The gym itself is well equipped, clean and never feels overcrowded. Each session leaves me feeling energized and motivated to be a better version of myself. I grew-up with very low self-esteem and has been awkward, but 3BFit made me feel welcome and comfortable. What I value the most is the supportiveness of the members where everyone encourages each other. If your looking to achieve your fitness goals in a fun and motivating environment, i highly recommend 3BFit!

Fantastic experience: I started in 3BFIT 2 months post partum. It was great to be able bring my baby along with me to classes and start the road to fitness again. Because the classes were small Catherine could challenge you more and I felt my fitness levels improved rapidly after having my baby, with thanks to Catherine. Would highly recommend 3BFIT

Fantastic experience: The best Gym ever! I saw a massive difference in my shape and health. I didn't know that I could carry weight and do many different exercises that I thought it was impossible that I can do it. Catherine is lovely. She is more than a trainer to us. She encourages us and helps us to gain the best results. It is really a great experience with excellent results.

Fantastic experience: Joining 3BFit was one of the best decisions I made to improve my strength and overall health. Catherine is an expert at what she does, providing a positive and encouraging environment, which motivated me to stick with it. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at 3BFIT for over 6 months and am really enjoying it. Prior to joining I’d always been a member of larger gyms and never felt I was getting what I wanted out of them. At 3BFIT I appreciate the class format and size, the supportive community and the focus on form rather than just lifting as heavy or as quickly as possible. And I am getting stronger every session. I would highly recommend if you’re looking a smaller, more personalised experience.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend 3BFit enough! Catherine has created such an incredibly friendly, supportive and encouraging community. I have struggled for years to stick with regular exercise, but Catherine has helped me achieve a fitness level I didn't think was possible for me and learn to love and enjoy exercise! Joining was the best decision I have made in years - highly, highly recommend that others do the same!

Fantastic experience: The best Mum and Baby class I've attended. Catherine is so kind and patient and really works with you on the level that you are at. It is such a safe space if you are returning to fitness after having a baby, no pressure, no judgement if you aren't hitting PBs! Catherine is very cognisant of the issues that people can face after having babies and is mindful of this when putting work outs together. Catherine is also great with the babies, which lets you get on with the work out! I'm stronger now than I ever was before having kids and this is down to Catherine's help, guidance and motivation!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Catherine for a few months now. When i started with her I was out of the gym since before Covid and nervous to get back into it. Catherine has been extremely supportive and knowledgeable. The classss vary from 1 on 1 to small groups depending on how many are booked in to the session and the solo sessions and group sessions are equally as hard but still enjoyable. I feel like you get the opportunity to ask questions about exercises and form that you simply would not get in a commercial gym class. The app for booking on makes it so easy to stay in track and stick to a routine. When you do get a session with other ladies booked in, it's definitely a source of encouragement to get through each round of exercises. I highly recommend training with Catherine at 3bfit to anyone considering getting a trainer.

Fantastic experience: Simple the best x3 (believe, be strong, be happy)
Fantastic experience: I love 3BFit! I was looking for a local gym, one that I could fit in on my commute from work to home and the location right in Dundrum/Balally Luas was what drew me in initially. I didn't know what to expect but after my month free trial, I realised 3BFit was exactly what I needed. Whole body workout classes with professional trainers that target every area of your body, strength training (I had rarely lifted weights before I joined and now I am obsessed), personal goal setting, body metrics measurement, and nutritional check-ins. It's the full package! It's a gym for women; you'll be in classes with a handful of other women who are also trying to achieve their goals of either strength-building, fat loss, both, or just overall energy improvement. Whether you go every day or once per week, you will get stronger, more energised, and won't get bored! Catherine and the other trainers are excellent, approachable, and very generous with their knowledge! I have learned so much about fitness and nutrition, gotten stronger, stayed energised all through the winter, and now feel way more confident in a gym setting and in pursuing my fitness goals without worrying about injury! The classes keep you committed and you don't have to know anything before signing up! Give it a shot- I have been so happy at 3BFit!

Fantastic experience: Working with Catherine at 3BFIT is brilliant for anyone who wants to take on both the challenge of improving their attitude towards exercise and eating. Working with Catherine completely changed my approach to how I approach my health and she helped me create sustainable sustainable and achieve long term results. There is no way I would have reached my weight goal without Catherine!
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend 3BFIT and Catherine enough. I joined in September 2020 and since then I have achieved my goals and more. Catherine is a wealth of knowledge and support and really tailors plans and exercise programmes to what you want and what your body needs. I was 5 months post partum after my second baby and had no core strength, very poor fitness level and was overweight. I now have no back pain because I have a much stronger core, I weigh a lot less, I am significantly fitter and most of all I feel much better. I am so happy I joined 3BFIT and highly recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Joining 3BFit is the best decision I've made in a long time. I was nervous to start because I hadn't been to the gym in years. I didn't want to join a big gym that felt intimidating and I knew I needed some accountability for my weekday workouts. Group personal training with Catherine has kept me motivated to work out for months now. She's supportive, encouraging, kind- everything you need in a personal trainer. Her sessions are small (max 5 people) so you don't feel like just another client. I know I speak for everyone in the 3BFit community when I say that you're very welcome to join our club. Give it a try, I promise you won't regret it.
Fantastic experience: Catherine and 3BFit are fantastic! I joined the SuperMum group 3 Months post partum and am so happy with the progress. I feel stronger than ever. Catherine is encouraging and the workouts are challenging. It's a great way to meet other new mom's and fit in exercise!
Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Catherine and 3BFit highly enough. As a new mum with a lot of work to do to regain my fitness, she has been supportive, encouraging and challenging all at once. I'm starting into month three with our SuperMum group and I look forward to the classes every week. It's a great way to fit in exercise, meet other mums and get some time to look after our own health and fitness.
Fantastic experience: Catherine is FANTASTIC! I've been attending her gym in Dundrum for over a month now and am well on my way to achieving my fitness and health goals for 2018. Catherine is friendly, approachable, professional and actually cares about the health/wellness/fitness of her clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
