FFS Gym Dundrum

Fantastic experience: My son Harry participated in the FFS Athletic Development Program. He absolutely loved it. He is 12 years old and it was a wonderful experience for him. He learned a lot about all elements involved with health and fitness. It was a fantastic introduction into a gym environment. I cannot recommend this program highly enough. The coaches and the facilities are top class.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely bloody love training at FFS... and the crew have gone from strength to strength over the years building not only awesome training spaces (the new Dundrum flagship gym is EPIC get in there and see for yourself) but the trainers they have, the community they have focused on growing creates a place to go to work hard and be a part of something bigger than yourself and thrive off the energy and motivation of all around you. I have been a member for 6 years now and still, despite the roll out of new units and growth in numbers I feel seen as an individual with the FFS team keeping me in check for my own personal goals and needs ... Fantastic experience: Great new space in Dundrum Town Centre. Great coaches, atmosphere and advice in ever class. The guys at FFS have created a community where in addition to the coaches, the members contribute to creating an atmosphere of encouragement and motivation. There are gyms and there are FFS gyms, no comparison.
