Welcome to Unit5, where we're dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Join us for a variety of classes and personalized training programs designed to enhance your fitness journey. Start your transformation today!

Join a Group of like minded individuals for in house training sessions with a coach, get personal trained for a fraction of the cost, check ins every 2 weeks to ensure progress. Have a coach assess and adjust when needed on your journey with us, have coach manage and monitor not only your in house training but your activity, steps, daily tasks, nutrition, sleep all with our coaching app.

Its a 12 week progressive weight lifting program training is 3 days per week: tuesday 7pm, thursday 7pm and friday 7pm. Our program is geared towards people looking to gain massive strength and put on some muscle in the process.

Our classes are combination of strength and conditioning workouts, which is an effective way to burn calories and torch body fat without losing muscle mass. Metcon club what we're about is Engine Building, igniting your FatLoss efforts and getting fitter!! Research has shown that MetCon and HIIT style workouts result in less muscle loss when compared to longer LIT (low intensity training) training sessions that burn similar calories. Metcons are beginner-friendly and beneficial to those who their way around the gym.

Join our team with our online experience. Our very own Accountability app managed and monitored by myself to keep you on the road to your goals. Check ins every 2 weeks, sync your devices/nutriton apps such as Watch and My Fitness Pal to our online app to get the most out of your training.

This year we celebrate our 7th year of our inclusion program. 7 years ago we set up classes for adults with additional needs and disabilities, from zoom classes, in house training to on site training. We have seen numbers grow along with the progress made not only physically but mentally.

I've been training with Mick over 2 years now and it was the greatest decision I ever made. Mick is fully invested in every client he has ensuring they get 100% support from him every session. He tailors the sessions to your goals and also accommodates for any injuries or issues you might have. He is not only an unreal trainer but keeps in touch throughout the week to keep you motivated and on track. Would 100% recommend!

Mick Byrne is the best trainer out there always encouraging and checking in with you to keep you motivated and he genuinely cares about his clients. There is always an amazing atmosphere in the gym too. He custom builds programs to suit your lifestyle and goals. Always there for you no matter what & pushes you to always give 100% & to believe in your self. I love the unit5 community everyone is so friendly and always has each others back. Fantastic experience: I was so reluctant to get into personal training again after negative experiences in the past but Mick was so approachable and focused on my goals over his own that I’ve been with him now over 2 years and have enjoyed every second of it. We’ve been building muscle consistently since the start. I’ve had some injuries and we’ve been able to work around them with ease, slowly working various exercises back into our routine to help build strength in the weakened areas. I would highly recommend Mick to anyone looking to build consistency into their workouts, gain muscle, strength and fitness, in one of the most laid back gyms I’ve ever been in. You won’t regret it
