Fantastic experience: I was a member of Educogym for 4 months. The team there are absolutely fantastic. Jacqui, Aislinn, Anna, Kevin and Conor are all totally dedicated to getting you to your goal weight and physique. What struck me is how they do it, with constant enthusiasm, positive reinforcement, an easy to follow diet and short 15 minute workouts. From the time you enter the door you are greeted by name and given the personal attention that to be honest you would expect to cost a lot more than it does. Not only have I lost stones in weight but I feel better than I have in decades and have renewed confidence in my appearance. I left feeling educated on how to maintain this weight and appearance and I now know what I can eat and when I now workout l know what to do to get the best results in the shortest time. I cannot recommend Educogym enough. Thank you Jacqui, Aislinn, Anna, Kevin and especially Conor who I spent the most time training with. I hope to see you all again and I wish you all great success. Fantastic experience: I joined not knowing what to expect, I rocked up on my first day and met Aislinn, who gave me a meal plan to follow. I started the next day. Anna was my trainer and she went through everything in detail with me, I felt great leaving. I had three sessions 1 to 1 with Anna and then on to the group session and when I say group max is 3 people, you're always looked after. Connor and Kevin were also personal trainers and they were absolute gents. I had fun lost a load of weight and now I’m getting into clothes I couldn’t for year…I’ve a new wardrobe. What I thought really counted was each and every one of the trainers knew my name and I was greeted enthusiastically everyday I trained. I’m wearing clothes I couldn’t get into before and these guys made it possible. Thank you Jacqui, Anna, Connor and Kevin. I’ll be back.

Fantastic experience: I joined EDUCOGYM & lost 18lbs in 6 weeks., 2 stone after 11 weeks. Yes I am one of You. I tried different diets&Gyms over the last 10 years. I always got FED UP or GAVE UP. All I will say is EDUCOGYM is DIFFERENT. It Works, it gets the Results. I love the 20th minute workouts, I love meeting the Nutritionist. AND IM STICKING WITH IT. Note-: Normally I wait & work myself up to going but this time I just went for a consultation & put no thought into it & before I knew it I was having my first Gym session. My thanks to Conor, Kevin & Anna for having the patience to remind me every time of the technique .
