Fantastic experience: I worked with Dani for a few months, especially around nutrition and figuring out the right training for my goals. She has helped me overcome my fear of gaining weight when working out and gaining muscle and was a great support throughout!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with Dani's services over the 12 week period. As someone with experience with resistance training, I was looking for a coach to incentivise me to build my training into a more regular habit and to get advice on incorporating better nutrition and general wellness practices into my schedule. Dani was great for this. She listened to the fact that I was already comfortable in the gym, and suggested a greater variety of exercises to help me become more well-rounded. With her encouragement I went from training only sporadically to going to the gym 3x per week every week of our sessions. She also provided excellent advice on nutrition, and was quick to make adjustments over our sessions as I traveled and as my nutrition needs changed. She gave regular feedback and was quick to respond to questions, and was always friendly and supportive. I particularly liked her emphasis on building a healthy and sustainable lifestyle -- she definitely encouraged me a few times to live my life and enjoy some nice dinners out without fear of checking all the nutrition boxes every single time. I feel I have a good grasp on how to stay consistent with my training now that our sessions have concluded, and would recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Dani made a nice,simple and easy introduction into my diet and food plan She took the time to see my needs/goals and knew how to put things in place, based on my lifestyle/activity level/stress etc The plan was laid out easily with lots of varied options She consulted with me to see the food which I like so they could still be placed within my reach (which for anyone…is a key component to not feel deflated and restricted) Whilst my sweet tooth has been curbed somewhat(by my own requests) I am now able to appreciate and be much more mindful of how many is TOO many We often just need to be guided and trust the process I have more energy,my sleep is better and I’ve lost some inches My goal is to make better food choices which will fuel me properly and give me all the vitamins and minerals etc which I need I am 5 weeks in and excited to keep seeing where it will go ❤️ ThAnkyou

Fantastic experience: Dani has trained me in the past, and I'm back again; I know she can help me achieve my goals. I reached out here, and I've been training with her; I see the results that I ask for and enjoy it a lot. I like her methodology and the support she gives me in person. Fantastic experience: Dani is one of the best trainers that I've worked with. She is passionate about nutrition and fitness and has a wealth of knowledge. I wasn't confident about training with weights initially, but Dani helped me overcome this. She's very dedicated towards her clients and ensures that we train regularly and keeps us on track to achieve our fitness goals!!

Fantastic experience: Dani made me feel so much more confident in the gym and in myself. She’s absolutely brilliant and so patient. I watched my strength increase, body change for the better, and most importantly, become healthy. She also takes the time to teach you about each exercise, what it helps, why we’re doing it. In turn I felt confident coming into the gym by myself and working out too! I can’t recommend Dani enough. She genuinely helped me like the gym and change my relationship with my body.

Fantastic experience: "I have been training with Daniella for a few months now and I highly recommend her. She is experienced in personal training and nutrition and this shows when she works with you. She made a programme for me and has helped me get closer to achieving my goals both physically and mentally. She is worth the money, I'm glad I found her in Flyefit and wish I found her sooner as I had been training in gym on and off for years but get anxious in big, busy crowds and she's helped me feel comfortable especially when gym is busy"

Fantastic experience: Daniella has been my PT for quite some time now, and over our time working together I've found Daniella to be very supportive and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness, and health. Prior to training with Daniella, I would lose motivation around my fitness very quickly, but now this is the most consistent I've ever been. Daniella has also helped me to identify my own habits and what I need to keep myself motivated. I highly recommend Daniella to anyone looking to improve their fitness and lifestyle.
