Fantastic experience: I lost 4 stone with Body Sculpt. Barry is a fantastic trainer with great sense of humour so every session is filled with a few laughs and positivity which helps to keep you motivated. Barry guided you through every step of the weight loss process. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health as well as sharing & communication is really helpful. In addition to fitness he also knows and about nutrition and has can prepare a meal planner as well.

Fantastic experience: I had been tipping away for last 2 years doing my own thing.  I needed to re energize and learn more about fitness training. In the 6 weeks course I achieved both and if you are prepared to work hard Barry will push you to your limits. Highly recommended.
