I just wanted to add that whatever stage you are in life or your fitness journey, you won't get better than this place. Fantastic experience: I decided to join D12 performance and signed up to their 6 week challenge as I wanted more structure to my training and improve my overall wellbeing. From attending my first class I knew I made the right call as the gym is incredibly well equipped with extremely knowledgeable coaches who are highly motivating. The training sessions are challenging, however, immensely rewarding. Overall, D12 performance offers a friendly supportive environment to train in, and I am really enjoying the journey so far!
Fantastic experience: I initially joined D12 Performance Gym 6 week programme and really enjoyed it so I decided to continue training with them. My fitness levels and strength has improved massively since joining the gym. The support from the coaches is great and the classes are really well run. They have helped me with training for my first Hyrox competition, the Hyrox classes and a mix of strength and conditioning has been really beneficial for me. I would definitly recommend D12 Performance to anyone thinking of joining!

Fantastic experience: What makes D12 different from other gyms is that I actually look forward to going. I feel like the people training with you are supportive and helpful and thats because of the attitude Colm, Sinead and Eoin instill at D12. I found other gyms intimidating and usually I get an injury which sets me back but the coaches are there to ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly and your form is accurate to get the best out of your training and avoid injuries. I find that I have more energy, I sleep better and I find it easier to stick to a healthy eating plan. I'm encouraged and supported and I'm constantly improving and lifting heavier. I'm delighted with the progress I've made so far and would highly recommend D12 to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Another truly well deserved 5 Star review for D12 Performance. I joined ~5 months ago and can’t believe the improvements in my strength, coordination, balance and condition. I get the same 1:1 attention in form and technique as I did on day one from the D12 team Colm, Eoin and Sinead. They are always there to support you when you need it, encourage you to push yourself or to steady you until you’re ready to progress safely. Form and technique are paramount at D12, there are no egos here. The environment is always friendly and welcoming but focused and purposeful. Outside the gym the team are there and have supported me with nutritional advice and check-ins. I can’t recommend D12 Performance highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Joined D12 Performance after well over a year without any training. Since joining Iv seen massive improvements in my fitness levels. The training structure and class sizes ensures the that Sinead, Colm or Eoin have time for to give everyone individual attention and guidance. Fantastic experience: I decided to join D12 Performance as my main goal was to get toned and fit for my summer Holiday. I did the 6 week challenge starting off and I was so impressed with the gym sessions and with the nutritional plan I was given along with check ins each week. Once the 6 week challenge was finished I joined straight away as a member of the gym and I am so glad I did. As the weeks go on I can see changes in my body and I am getting much stronger. The classes are 45 minutes long and are different each day and you always leave feeling you got a great workout done. They have a great selection of times for the classes in the morning and in the evening. Sinead, Colm & Eoin are always pushing for you to do the best you can and always have such a high emphasis on using the correct form when doing the exercises and are always there to give nutritional advice when you need it. I am really enjoying my time in D12 Performance and would highly recommended it to anyone thinking of joining. Best gym I have ever joined :)
Fantastic experience: I can't recommend d12 performance highly enough. From the moment I stepped into this semi-private gym, I was struck by its commitment to individualized approaches. I had experience with other gyms, however my training would be mostly chaotic and I wouldn't see many changes in my body. Before joining this place, I thought it's more expensive than other gyms, however in reality it's closer to individual training. Taking into account the quality of training, progress tracking system, support, nutrition plan and then the value of invested money it's actually cheap. D12 team (Eoin, Sinead and Colm) took the time to understand my goals, fitness level and any limitation and then crafted a tailored workout and diet plans. During sessions they are very supportive, knowledgeable and always provide guidance I needed without feeling of intimidation I could see in other gyms during private trainings. Additionally, thanks to properly created nutrition plan that is sustainable, I'm not feeling restricted, but still slowly losing weight at the same time. In short time I could also see some changes in how much I can lift without loosing energy. What truly sets this gym apart is its semi-private classes designed for small groups, which allows the trainers to provide individualized attention. The atmosphere is very supportive and I receive so much needed advise on correct form when doing any exercise. If you're looking for a more personal and effective gym experience, d12 performance is undoubtedly the place to be.
Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a while know and I must say it is a brilliant way to get back into fitness. The classes are well structured and the trainers and knowledgeable and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly It has also been great to see progress week on week not just on your body but also in strength. I highly recommend it for anyone who is confused with what to do in a gym but wants to fit something into their routine. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: To be honest I never really liked the traditional gym . You maybe get a bit of a program but there’s no accountability. This is NOT the case with d.12 . It’s a brilliant set up with quick 45 min classes that are kept small with amazing trainers like Colm and Sinead who teach you about form and guide you through each session , I’ve never had results like it and never felt so good and strong in my body .they also remind you to book sessions and have regular check ins and good plans if you want to attack every element I think as we age we have to be kind to our bodies and strengthen them . The benefits to weight training are endless by Go for it if you’ve been thinking about it and say hi to me when you join ! Love how friendly everyone is too in the gym

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of D12 Performance for 5 months now and it has completely changed my confidence. I started out as a 4-Week Trial and was quite intimidated as I never did a gym class before. I had no motivation to get fit or eat better and I lost alot of confidence. Within the first week of the trial I knew I would be staying on - 5 months later I havent looked back. The coaches are so welcoming and professional in what they do, and constantly push you to get the most out of each class. I have seen huge changes in my physical appearance and my overall mentality towards my general wellbeing. I feel like I am taking charge of how I feel in my body, and I cant thank D12 enough for pushing me to get there! Couldnt recommend enough!
Fantastic experience: Great place to train, Colm Sinead and Leona do a great job with training and advice. I'm a regular gym user but I have been very lazy with food tracking and nutrition over the past few years, It's good to be back in the right mindset again and having accountability for your nutrition helps keeping everything on track.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of D12Performance for about 5 months. Before joining I had been training on my own in a commercial gym for a couple of years. While training on my own I had hit a plateau and wasn't increasing my strength despite spending 90 minutes a session. In the first 3 months of joining D12Performance all my main lifts had increased while at the same time cutting bodyfat. Sessions at D12Performance are 45 minutes long, half of what I used to spend in the gym. I attribute all of this to the coaching and direction provided by the staff who always just find the right balance of encouraging members to push a bit harder to hit their goals while maintaining a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the gym. I'd highly recommend the gym to anyone who has been training on their own but are finding it hard to continue to build strength or similarly for anyone new to training who is looking to be set on the right path from the start.

Fantastic experience: I've used public gyms before but never knew what exercises to do. D12 has been great because Colm and the rest of the instructors give you great advice/ tips and really help you out with how to do the exercises. I found the weekly check ins were really important because it kept you accountable and they supported you in making good changes to your lifestyle. I've been with D12 for the past 4 months and I've lost 5 kg and have been able to consistently lift heavier each week. Colm/ Sinead and the rest of the instructors are really supportive and I would recommend them to anyone especially if you're new to the gym or working out.

Fantastic experience: D12 has given me a new level of confidence in myself. I originally joined on a taster membership thinking that I would join for a month, learn a few tips and then start back in a regular gym and work away by myself. It’s 4 months later and I can’t imagine myself ever leaving. The knowledge the coaches have and the supportive environment in the classes can’t be matched. Fantastic experience: I joined D12 earlier this year whilst training for the Connemara Marathon, I had started to experience pain in my heels and after seeing a physio they suggested focusing on strength and training. Having been into health and fitness since my teens I was aware of gym membership and class subscriptions, however D12 beat all my expectations. I joined for the trial, anticipating that after the month had concluded I would return to my normal workout routine. This was not the case, I found that I enjoyed the class structure, workouts and tailored experience too much to not continue. D12 is a welcoming environment, focusing on personal goals and achievements, members are supported and encourage to reach their potential and aim (whatever that May for the individual). Colm and Sinead and completely invested and will help you every step of the way, this couple with an extensive selection of times and variety of routine; makes it the best gym/ fitness in experience I’ve had. Fantastic experience: I joined D12 because I really wanted to get into shape before my wedding. Not only was I delighted with how I felt in my clothes and on the day, I gained so much more from joining this gym. The coaches here are 10/10 at what they do. I’m now at the stage where I feel so confident in my own weight lifting because thanks to their expertise and methods that they teach you in every class, I know I have better form and I can lift heavier without causing injuries. In every training session you learn something new. This gym has given me healthier habits, a new found love for exercise and changed my body composition for the better. I am so happy I decided to join here this time last year. I can’t recommend this gym enough!
Fantastic experience: I started training with Colm and Sinead last July with a 1 month trial. The aim was to get back into shape and feel good about myself again. After this trial I couldn't help but join. Today I am completely addicted to the sports sessions offered!! I started with a beginner's level and I see a real difference and improvement. I feel better in my body and especially in my mind. Colm and Sinead guide each class with advices and give us the right guidelines on each exercise. The classrooms are small format models which allow for space and access to all the necessary materials for training! C & S are also available (almost 24/7) to answer our questions, doubts and keep us motivated throughout the process. We also have access to a daily meal plan designed for each person... You will have understood, I recommend it at 200%!!!
Fantastic experience: I had been a member of different gyms previously but was never sporty and struggled with consistency and progress but the accountability you have with D12 has made a huge difference. Even if not on a plan the guys always check in ready to give guidance, support and encouragement whatever level you’re at. There’s always a focus on the small details to make sure everyone gets the most out of the sessions which are made even better by the community element to D12. I actually enjoy going and am being the most consistent I’ve ever been with exercise. I couldn’t recommend D12 enough and can’t wait to see what PB’s the new year brings!
Fantastic experience: I’ve never really enjoyed going to a gym until I joined D12. Playing sports would have been my main form of exercise in the past and in any gym I previously joined I never felt any benefit. I was never consistent with my training and lacked motivation. I find the guidance and exercise explanations from the trainers throughout the sessions excellent. As I am new to this kind of training I find it very helpful. They always make sure my technique is correct and I’m building on what I’ve learned every week. The accountability is also a big thing. Even just having the classes pre booked pushes me. The nutrition tracking & advice, and check ins are also great to keep you on track. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. Some gyms in the past I’ve found can be quite intimidating but that is definitely not the case at D12. Everybody’s ability is catered for. Since I’ve joined D12 back in October I have noticed a significant increase in my energy levels. I can feel myself getting stronger and fitter as the sessions go by and I’m looking forward to seeing how much further I can progress. If anybody was looking for a new gym to join I would definitely recommend D12. I wouldn’t hesitate in signing up straight away and giving it a go. You won’t be disappointed.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of D12 for over a year and really enjoy going every week. I have never stayed as long in any other gym or I haven’t gone as consistently as I have in D12. Colm and Sinead’s expertise is invaluable. What I enjoy most about going to D12 is the learning aspect from Colm and Sinead. Learning how to do each exercise correctly has been really helpful and keeps the sessions interesting. You are not just trying to increase your weight, you are trying to get your form better each time. The classes are really enjoyable and everyone is so nice. The trainers show you each exercise beforehand, regardless of whether you’ve been there for months or new which I really like as you always pick up something small that you hadn’t noticed before. It’s the least intimidating gym I’ve been to!
Fantastic experience: *What was life before D12?* Before D12 I was in-between gyms. I was not going regularly and certainly not getting enough steps in. Initially, I joined D12 as it's around the corner from my work. But after a week there I knew this was the gym for me. *What makes D12 better than other things you've tried?* 1. For me, going to a small group session where you have your station to work out at is huge. In public gyms, you could wait a long time to get on certain machines. In D12, you get a full workout in your area in 45 minutes. 2. Colm has been instrumental in my progress thus far. There were some exercises where at first thought my form was correct. Colm swiftly showed me how to do it correctly and safely. He's on hand for a spot if needed and discreetly chats with his clients about goals and progress while you're there. *What have you achieved in your time working with us?* I've gained a lot of muscle and strength, learned about certain nutritional benefits that suit me, and set myself up to be in the best shape of my life. *How do you feel mentally, physically, results, strength, goals, etc.?* Feeling the best I've felt in years. Mentally committed and ready to smash my goals. *What would you say to someone who was thinking about starting and maybe felt similar to you?* Give it a week and you'll be sold. Listen to Colm and his advice but most importantly GET STEPS IN EVERYDAY. *Would you recommend it?* Absolutely and have done it already.

When you start looking after yourself that is when you see those results! *What would you say to someone who was thinking about starting and maybe felt similar to you?* I would say that D12 is the perfect place for you if you need that guidance, accountability in fitness, nutrition and also managing stresses no matter what level of fitness you are at. It can be hard to start in a new gym but once you start you won’t regret it! Fantastic experience: Although I’m not a member anymore for personal reasons, this is the one gym I would 100% recommend to anyone! It’s not just a gym as the classes are small and personal making you benefit from every session! The trainers are top class with never ending knowledge! If your struggling with something like a particular exercise/movement or nutrition, they will have a solution for you! They really help you get into a good routine, enjoying every session and staying accountable! The sense of community & support between members is also amazing! Kudos to all at D12
Fantastic experience: I had used a semi-private PT gym in the past and knew that this was the right format for me so when I moved to the area and found D12 I was delighted. The programming and coaching is the best I have experienced, improvements in my strength and form is massive. The team cater for your own goals, whether that be strength, weight loss or both. The timetable is really well thought through and the high standards are consistent or always improving. The team are great at keeping things interesting and engaging. Everyone is really sound too which helps! If you want more than a big commercial gym and great coaches to push you I would highly recommend D12.
Fantastic experience: I could not recommend D12 Performance enough. I joined in the run up to my wedding last year but have stayed because of Colm + Sinéad's commitment to all members, focus on form + willingness to meet you where you are. Worried you might not be fit enough? Don't be, you are! Once you are happy to try, Colm will work with you to create a programme you can do, in a way that gets results. D12's small group PT is truly non intimidating- people of all fitness levels taking part at the right level for them. I still only use body weight for some exercises but I have made so much progress in others during my time with D12. I also love the approach - its holistic, you will learn a load about how to fuel your body for training + life. The endorphins + routine are also an essential part of my self care for my mental health. Joining is an investment but our health + wellbeing has to be one of the best things to invest in.

While I was quite active with own fitness and limited strength training, I never stuck with gyms, was always too nervous to lift heavy without knowing proper form. and had plateaued. I also never paid too much attention to my food intake. What makes D12 better than other things you've tried? 1. Straight off the bat, they provided excellent coaching to teach me good form in the lifts and they constantly provide feedback, tips and adjustments to make it work better for me. Only a couple of months in, and the improvements I’ve seen have been fantastic – it far exceeded my expectations. 2. The regular check ins are a huge benefit and I’ve been able to adjust my diet without any big struggle. 3. It’s a brilliant atmosphere there, huge encouragement from both Colm and Sinéad and from all the other members there to push yourself but always in a really positive way. They were really welcoming on Day 1 and every session since. What have you achieved in your time working with us? I’ve been able to lift heavier and get stronger than I’d ever have been able to without being there. How do you feel mentally, physically, results, strength, goals etc.? I feel great from it. I got huge confidence from getting PB’s and knowing that they’re making sure that every lift is done properly and safely. I get a big kick out of the classes. There’s always something new to do, learn or improve on so that it’s challenging, fun and never boring. What would you say to someone who was thinking about starting and maybe felt similar to you? I had been putting off joining a gym for so long because i never seen any benefit from going and was always quiet anxious or intimidated in a commerical gym environment so i took to running for a good while, more so for the head space than the fitness. They provide so much guidance and encouragement at every session it makes going feel a lot more comfortable and puts you at ease knowing theyre at hand to help unlike most commercial gyms. All the members are so friendly and creates a really nice atmosphere. What have you achieve in your time working with us? I can now fit comfortably back into a size 12 pair of jeans which I never thought I'd be able to do again. As well as building up my strength to a level I didn't think was achievable. How do you feel mentally, physically, results, strength, goals etc.? My confidence has improved so much as well as my mental health. Following the simple daily non-negotiables have been a huge benefit. I've also improved on my running and have had no injury since. What would you say to someone who was thinking about starting and maybe felt similar to you? Its very tough to take that first step but by even having a chat with Colm or Sinead they make you feel so welcome and fill you in on everything. Fantastic experience: *What was life before D12?* I have joined various big chain gyms in the past. I would often go to the gym,look around, get intimidated, and then jump on the treadmill or exercise bike! I hadn't much of a clue about nutrition and definitely didn't know anything about building muscle. Although I would occasionally do classes in the gym I didn't feel like I was making much progress or knew what I was doing really, I was just trying to keep up in a really big group of people. What makes D12 performance different from other gyms you have tried? Colm and Sinead are really lovely and give you lots of support and help. They really take the time to ensure your form is perfect and have infinite patience explaining things over and over again for me. They are both able to differentiate an exercise for you of you are not quite able for it yet, and its brilliant to see the progression in myself now. There is lots of help and accountability available with working on your nutrition, protein intake, diet, water intake, sleep etc. Everyone in the gym is really friendly and supportive of each other, and it has a lovely community feel. *What have you achieve in your time working with us?* For the first time ever I'm noticing myself toning up and seeing some muscle. Clothes are fitting better, Im losing inches and my confidence is improving. More than that, however, are the physical changes. When I began I could not do a proper bodyweight squat, my knees would always buckle inwards, now I am squatting with a barbell. I am delighted with how my strength is improving. I will never be the strongest but I can see that I am progressing and I'm doing it in a safe way where I won't injure myself because so much time is spent on ensuring you are lifting correctly. *How do you feel mentally, physically, results, strength, goals etc.?* Feeling great! Im excited for all the progress yet to come! *What would you say to someone who was thinking about starting and maybe felt similar to you?* I was a little nervous before starting but I had nothing to be worried about! Fantastic experience: What was life like before D12? - I did have experience with weight training, tracking and hitting step targets, but had fallen off the wagon. I never really pushed myself to lift heavier, purely because I never believed I could. My form wasn’t very good, and often I found myself with a sore back from not doing exercises properly. What makes D12 better than other things you’ve tried? - I have tried 1:1 training, training in commercial gyms and now small group training. I can wholeheartedly say that small group training is the most effective way of achieving results. At D12, there is a great community of people who are all working towards similar goals and both Colm and Sinead really try to cater exercises and plans to fit your personal needs. The training model is very efficient, as too is there accountability concept which really motivates and encourages clients to push to reach goals. What have you achieved in your time working with us? - Apart from any weight loss, the most fundamental takeaway aspect I will bring with me from D12 is the confidence that I can push myself. I am much stronger than I was when I initially joined, and it has given me the boost I needed. How do you feel mentally, physically, strength, goals, etc.? - I feel great. I see a difference in my body, I feel more solid, I can do more, my mobility and flexibility has increased, my cardio fitness has improved, and my general understanding of weight training has really grown. What would you say to someone was thinking a out starting and maybe felt similar to you? - I think if you are want to put in the time and effort to go to the gym, make your lifestyle a priority, and just really want to change the way you train, D12 is the place for you. There’s loads of various challenges throughout the year, varying in length- it’s a great way to throw yourself in and start as you mean to go on. Would you recommend? - Absolutely. D12 is an excellent gym, client-focused, with really diligent and knowledgeable trainers who have your best interests at heart.

I’ve learnt so much from Colm and Sinead, not only about getting stronger in the gym but also the importance of nutrition and fuelling your body. Fantastic experience: I was struggling with tracking my food, controlling my weight and sticking to a fitness plan in general before I joined D12 performance. I would maintain momentum for a couple of weeks or months at a time but I would run out of steam usually. I am almost three months with Colm and Sinead now. I have dropped nearly 4kg in total weight which is a combination of fat loss and muscle gain. I am seeing my strength improve every week(I can now dead lift almost 10kg above my body weight which I wouldn’t have thought was possible 3 months ago!), my clothes fit better, my energy levels are higher and the sessions definitely help my stress levels. This coaching is for anyone who has a desire to make positive long term changes in their lives. The other members are beyond sound too. It’s not a posery place at all and everyone just wants to see each other do well. The support from Colm and Sinead is second to none. I’ve been to other gyms and trainers the past few years and I’m still beyond impressed with the attention they give. You are not forgotten about once new people join after you which is the norm for most places sadly. The guys really know their stuff too! There are only six stations so you def won’t get away with trying to go under the radar which is mostly a good thing…;-) Once you have a willingness to make an effort, Sinead and Colm will 110% have your back especially on squats!! :-)
Fantastic experience: Before staring with Colm and Sinead I had no clue on where to even start with training and nutrition but they are true experts.The classes are so inviting and suited to all levels. The guys really care about your progress while the weekly check ins hold you accountable and on track. Since I began training with Colm and Sinead I have lost fat, gained muscle and improved my overall mental health. From someone that was incredibly intimidated of a gym and lifting weights, I now love working out and the atmosphere. Fantastic experience: This is a great option for people who want to avoid the 'cattle market' experience of a normal gym and want a more tailored and warmer experience. Colm and Sinead are both friendly and professional and it was a pleasure training with both of them. A handy location for anyone living in the D12 area and very close to Aldi for a healthy shop pre or post workout.
Fantastic experience: I joined D12 performance a few months back and absolutely love the training sessions! You are guaranteed a sweaty workout and no hiding cause the coaches will catch you The classes are at really convenient timings for the evenings and although they are around 45 minutes, the time always went by so fast because the circuits had a lot of variety. I am impressed by the attention to each client during every session, it is not only a workout but you are also shown how to use the equipment correctly and hold positions correctly, so have learned a lot as well!!!
Fantastic experience: Joining D12 has been the best decision I have ever made. Before I began my journey with D12 I was constantly tired, lacked any motivation and felt really low in myself. I had joined a public gym but felt lost in what I should be doing. Since starting PT sessions with Colm and Sinead I have learned so much about food, exercise and leading a healthy lifestyle. Colm and Sinead are both great at what they do, have loads of tips and advice and are always available to answer questions. The tailored meal plan was key for me and was so helpful in boosting my energy levels and keeping me on track but also leaves room for the things I enjoy! I enjoy the fact that not one class is the same and there is a good choice of classes to choose from. Recently I signed up to Buddy Up PT plus 2 group classes a week and I am seeing a big difference in my ability and strength. Colm and Sinead have helped me build up confidence in my own ability. They are extremely encouraging and help everyone feel welcome. I would recommend D12 to anyone who wants to train and get results.

Fantastic experience: I started to train with D12 proformance a couple of months ago. I have always been a member at a local gym but I never went . When Joining D12 I started with the 6 week Sweat classes. I loved these class's I felt so motivated to go to the gym and both Colm and Sinead gave excellent dietary advice which was easy to follow as they would cater it to the food groups you like to eat. After the 6 weeks I felt great in my appearance and also energy wise. I loved it so much that I signed up for the next 6 week program and I still continue to train with D12.

Fantastic experience: Before starting D12 I had no motivation or energy to do any fitness or so I thought! I started buddy up with my friend one Saturday and I have never looked back since. I found the class physically challenging but with Colm and Sinéad behind you, motivating you I found I kept going back for more and my energy and fitness increased without me even realizing it. I am now committed to buddy up training and classes and I honestly love it. It’s so much easier then going it alone in the gym. Fantastic experience: I joined D12 Performance in April. I started doing the 7pm classes and loved them, I'm in my last week of the semi private membership and I'm addicted. These classes are much more intense, I can feel the benefits after 6 weeks of these classes. I joined D12 with a knee injury that I no longer suffer from, the knowledge and attentiveness in this gym is next to none. I went from dreading going to a gym and feeling really unmotivated to now looking forward to each class and planning my day around them. Colm and Sinead know exactly what they're doing and obviously care about everyone in each class unlike other gyms I've been in before. Apart from the classes they also give great advise on diet and stretches/extra bits to do at home. Can't recommend/thank them enough!
Fantastic experience: I started in D12 in January with some PT sessions to get me back into the swing of things after being out of thegym in a year after having my little boy. I started to feel so much more confident in my body. I now do 2 classes a week with them and its the best thing I have done for myself this year. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. Colm and Sinéad are so dedicated to their work and experts in their field. Any questions I had they were answered. My personal training plan was tailored to all my needs which was so important to me. Each session was different which I enjoyed and you were sure to have been always pushed and encouraged to the best of your ability but I never felt pressured. I’ve gained so much knowledge from training with D12 performance and you’re guaranteed a comfortable, fun and practical training environment. Fantastic experience: I attended D12 Performance classes in 2018 as a means to stay fit during the winter months. It was a very enjoyable experience and I gained a lot from a strength building perspective. I have always been a runner but D12 allowed me to try something out of my comfort zone. I hope to return in the future.
Fantastic experience: I started PT and classes with D12 Performance in January 2019 with the hopes of perfecting my form and improving general fitness and body shape. Colm was my trainer and he absolutely helped me to achieve my goals. He tracked my measurements each week, encouraging me along the way especially at weekends which were my downfall! Without even noticing I was lifting weights I wouldn’t have dreamed of touching in the gym and I could see a difference in my clothes in a few weeks. Seeing my before and after picture was what absolutely proved without fail that the programme D12 had put together for me had worked. I highly recommend them to all fitness ranges, especially beginners (which I was). 10/10 service!
Fantastic experience: I wanted the usual, fitness,tone and endorphins. But until I went to D12, I struggled with finding the right fit. I have plantar fasciitis which makes high impact fitness a painful non-starter. I wanted to get exercise but wanted to be sure, I was doing it correctly and not causing damage to my body. The guys at D12 are brilliant in this regard, all your concerns and expectations are noted and they really tailor a program that will work for you. I have gotten more into lifting weights something I had been cautious of before.Important information in regards stretching and nutrition is shared. There's also classes if you want to try something different. I have definitely felt the benefits since I started going to D12, they're good because they care and are constantly upskilling. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved going to D12 Performance when I lived in Dublin! Colm and Sinead are a real team with a genuine interest in helping people reach their own individual goals and improving their overall fitness. I loved going to their gym every week, classes were always really varied, full of energy and fun! I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone (any age and any fitness level!). Fantastic experience: I have done PT, bootcamps and Body Barre with D12 Performance and absolutely love it. Sinead, Colm and Barry really push you to your limits and I have definitely noticed a difference in my fitness and shape. Their classes are challenging, personalised to your own fitness and strength level if needed, and most of all they're fun. I have only started Body Barre in the last month and love it! Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend d12 performance to anyone. I really enjoy the classes and would go every day if there was more of them& if I had the time. They've varied bundles so if you don't use all your credits any month or switch plans you can still use them after the month. Sinéad & Colm are great and really passionate about what they do. I recently signed up to a higher package which includes a meal plan for the month too.

Fantastic experience: I signed up with Colm for PT after my 60th. birthday, as I felt I needed a regular session to encourage me to keep fit and healthy. I got so much more than that. Colm is a great motivator, as he knows how far he can push me, without doing any damage to my “aging” body. Fantastic experience: Love the classes at D12 - a great mix which doesn't only focus on cardio! Weights, Body Barre, Boxing fitness, S&C. You'll always leave having worked up a good sweat and the classes make it really sociable as well. Just waiting for them to introduce morning classes!
Fantastic experience: I have been to few gyms in my time. Most are the usual run of the mill joints where its really up to You. You join and after a while this and that takes over and the gym goes into the background for some other fad. The proprietor (Colm) who is a few yrs out of College now with his degrees in this area is always on the floor tutoring with a real hands on approach. All the new sports science techniques for the modern person who demands proper training and proven results. I see certificates on the wall, its not your regular huff and puff joint. Here You will get a programme and a personal touch together with very good value. I see women all through their pregnancy attending here, being assured and advised, staying healthy and fit and sharing their experiences together. Nutritional advice is given on an assured capable basis. Its all part of the service from somebody who has the proven qualifications and running a very modern set up to boot, as Ive said its not Your regular type of gym.......I have to give credit where its due.
