Fantastic experience: FFS Gyms not only have high performance but are client-oriented which is the most important thing. All the coaches are skilled and care about, not only during the training but outside the workouts as well. I admire how all are accessible and renew the training from month to month.

Fantastic experience: All the coaches are so friendly and motivating, really know their stuff. Also love the well thought out programmes that push you to progress each week - in the physical gym or the daily home workouts. Would be lost without FFS during the lockdowns, great start to the day doing the zooms.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to get fit. I strongly recommend it. Well trained and friendly instructors, they see you really do it get good results! I am hitting the gym for first time and I love it, never thought gym could be this great.

Fantastic experience: Only joined this November and really enjoying my experience here thus far. I have been in a lot of short-term relationships (with other gyms!) in the past and this feels v different. I look forward to my early morning sessions and the structure, feedback and personal touch marks FFS out as being at a different level than others and worth the money invested. The guys really know their stuff and are v keen to see you do well and improve, whatever that looks like for you. Looking forward to 2020 and hopefully reaching the year mark of this relationship fitter faster and stronger by far!

Fantastic experience: A top class gym- in my opinion you won’t find a better gym than FFS (but maybe I’m biased ).The coaches are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The training programmes are second to none and training everyday is so enjoyable and never a chore. FFS is much more than a gym- it’s a community that has changed my life for better!

Fantastic experience: Incredible gym in Dublin's North City Centre just a 5 minute walk from the end of O'Connell Street. Easy to find - if you look down the lane across from the Rotunda you will see the big FFS Gyms sign. There are gates which open and provide a safe space for you to lock your bike. The space itself is bright, airy and modern with impressive neon lighting and big windows. FFS Gyms take more of a group PT class approach with a range of strength and cardio based classes. The coaches are so welcoming and highly knowledgeable in what you need to do to get the results you want. It's not just a gym its also a community, who run monthly activities for its members, a perfect place to find some like minded people to hang out with! It's FFS gyms third location in Dublin's city centre so they must be doing something right!
