Fantastic experience: Best place to train Calisthenics in Ireland!!!! Eric is not only talented but he also knows how to teach you the skills to start your calisthenics journey. His training is very well structured with warm ups at the start and with a well defined routine. The atmosphere during training is amazing and he will put you to sweat and won’t give you and easy life haha. Highly recommend to give it a try if you are interested in body weight training!
