Fantastic experience: Fantastic small-group training gym with very . The trainers are very attentive and motivating, always gently pushing you out of your comfort zone in the best way. There’s a really nice, supportive community of fellow members, which makes training enjoyable. I originally joined for a six-week programme and, six months later, I’m still here and feeling great. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I joined empower almost 9 months ago to get in shape for an upcoming holiday. To say I'm delighted I did would be an understatement. The trainers are so knowledgeable, they push you in a good way to reach your goals. The other members really make it a great experience. It's such a warm, supportive environment with small class sizes so it never feels overwhelming

Fantastic experience: Have been at this gym for over 6 months now and love it. Relaxed atmosphere, small classes and a variety of different programs. I had never done proper strength training before so was worried I wouldn’t be able but all the trainers are really encouraging and allow you to go at your own pace. Would recommend this gym to anyone looking to up their fitness.

Fantastic experience: This is a great little gym. I signed up to a 6 week programme as I was approaching the big 50 and wanted to get my body & mind in better shape... and it did the trick! The classes have people of different ages and fitness levels so there's no "gym bunny" intimidation here. The support, encouragement and family feel to the whole set up is great so now I'm a full time member! You're never too old to start

Fantastic experience: I joined Empower in 2022 because I needed something that was just for me — separate from the usual day-to-day of home, children, and work. From my very first phone call with Emma, I felt completely at ease. She was so approachable, easy to talk to, and seemed to understand what I needed, even when I wasn’t entirely sure myself. I went in with no real idea of what to expect and signed up for the 12-week programme, determined to at least complete those 12 weeks. Three years later, I’m still here — working with the incredible team Emma has built, enjoying the classes, and continuing to grow stronger along the way. Empower is a great and safe space to train, whether you’re new to gym life or simply looking for a change. I’ve met people and made friends I would never have crossed paths with if I hadn’t made that first call.

The one-to-one service and personalized approach I get with Joe has been the key. He really took the time to understand my goals and abilities, creating a program tailored to me. His guidance, encouragement, and expertise have helped me improve far beyond what I thought was possible in just a few months. I feel stronger, more confident, and motivated every day. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for real results and especially those who might have been a bit nervous about joining a gym

Fantastic experience: Iv been with Empower Fitness Hub since they opened, it has an amazing training studio with all modern equipment and weights of all sizes. Session/class sizes are very small, which is brilliant because i was looking for affordable PT. Definitely reccomend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with great owner and instructors. The sessions are instructor led, last 45 minutes and will improve your fitness. Highly recommended, I've been a member for years.
