Negative experience: The most amateur staff in all Galway, jacuzzi is on temperature like it's June not January for the last 3 months,locker room cold, showers cold, steam room works once every 2 weeks...what else to say except good luck in future business
Negative experience: Gym is small but Ok. Rules to cancel the membership are hidden and not well explained. You think You are singning up something flexible but it is a year contract with penalties which is not well explained. better not to go there
Negative experience: Very unhappy with Energize fitness & leisure.As soon as I walked in staff were very rude and unwelcoming.There Tone towards me was shocking very disrespectful.Will not be back.

Negative experience: Gym is Ok but showers are terrible, since they "fixed them", water pressure is low, so low that it takes 25 minures to shower.. such a shame and it was so nice before
