Energize has a large 4,500 square foot gym, so if you want to put in a cardio session, focus on weights or a combination of both, there’s a space for you. And then for serious athletes too, there is a range of equipment to suit all levels of fitness. When you are finished your work out or session, spend some time relaxing in the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the amazing outdoor hot tub with views over Lough Atalia. This is just what you need after high-intensity work outs designed to get you in optimum shape and reaching your fitness goals. Our team of fitness instructors are always on hand to encourage and to give advice so that you can keep on track with your personal fitness and health goals.

Negative experience: Gym is Ok but showers are terrible, since they "fixed them", water pressure is low, so low that it takes 25 minures to shower.. such a shame and it was so nice before
