Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend ABS more, particularly if in the past you've found gyms to be intimidating places. There is a great welcome from Neal, the coaching team and members alike when you first join and it doesnt take long to feel like a part of the community. No matter your starting point, ABS is a supportive environment that meets you where you are in terms of fitness, strength and mobility and there is never any issue with having to go at your own pace.

Fantastic experience: The menopause clinic recommended I do some strength training. Well, I had no idea what strength training was so a friend recommended Neal at ABS. I was honestly, quite scared of hurting myself or looking stupid... But here I am six months in and dare I say it, I look forward to going to class. The team are professional and extremely patient, and I feel I'm in really safe hands. If you're like me, thinking you want to be able to carry your shopping bags when you're older!! then I'd say, ABS will be a great place to start.

Fantastic experience: I can't highly recommend this gym enough! It has the most amazing group of lads. They suit everyone's needs. They give the absolute best support to you. They know how to also have the laugh with you while you are working out!! I couldn't see myself in any other gym! It's incredibly outstanding, and I would 1000% recommend it to anyone who's looking to join a gym! They make you feel very, very confident and comfortable in the classes. And all the ladies that attend the classes are the sweetest people you could meet.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym and training I have ever engaged in. I genuinely saw results for the first time in my life and I felt I was cared about by the trainers who you build an actual relationship with. It's a safe space where you can discuss your health and fitness in a non judgmental way and really work on your mental wellbeing as well as physical and the benefits of being strong and healthy. It's the only place I consistently went back to and saw myself improve, could not recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I joined ABS about 2 months ago and it's been the best decision I ever made for both my physical and mental health! I find gyms so intimidating but from day 1 the trainers have been so welcoming, supportive and encouraging. They meet you where you are at fitness wise and adapt the exercises if needed which means people of different abilities and fitness levels can all join in the one class. I can totally see why some members have been going for years. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. Never thought I'd say this but I look forward to going to the gym now

Fantastic experience: I had been going to a PT for 12 weeks and wasn't entirely happy with the service I was getting for a large amount of money. A friend recommended ABS to me and I am three months in and loving it! I am in my mid 40s and had never been to a gym in my life and now I actually look forward to it. The members are all so very sound. No egos and brilliant support. The trainers are professional, methodical, motivating and a great bit of craic also. Give them a go - you will absolutely not regret it!!

Fantastic experience: I joined abs over 2 years ago, I’ve never stayed in any gym that long, from day 1 I felt so welcome and at ease, I’ve a lot of mobility issues and the trainers adapt every class to suit me without any issue, there “you can do this” approach keeps me motivated and focused, I have a large family and there timetable allows me to train around my busy timetable, the members are so supportive and are such a lovely bunch of ladies. Abs is now my go to for fun, friends and health- it’s my me time ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been training with abs solution fitness for the past six weeks after a long break from exercise after having my kids. The three trainers are all brilliant, they take time to get to know you and will listen if You have any issues or need exercises adapted. All The girls are friendly and it’s a lovely environment to exercise in. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone of any fitness ability.

Fantastic experience: This gym is in a league of its own because it’s such a wonderful environment. I chose Abs Solution because of its anti diet, body acceptance approach to training. There is no shame or judgement. It’s a deadly uplifting community where you have a laugh and make pals too while feeling comfortable in your own skin no matter your shape, size or fitness level.

From the moment I followed the account I felt welcome in a new community and from there on it’s been such a positive experience. The care that Neal and the team put into ensuring new members feel at home is really apparent, particularly in the attitude of existing members who are all very supportive and encouraging. The small class size means that you get individual attention and their focus on form and getting it right ensures you’re safe to push yourself. As a female who has struggled greatly with body image and body dysmorphia over the years, its very refreshing to be in a gym with ladies of all different shapes and sizes. Trainers and peers who motivate and encourage you daily. There is genuinely a lovely camaraderie within this gym. You'll also enjoy the different styles of the 3 different trainers and the variation of classes that are easy to use via the gym booking app. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: One of the best places to train the trainers are always willing to help and facilitate what u want to train and they are a wealth of knowledge for trainning around injury recovery nothing is ever too much trouble for them Also there is such a wide variety of classes and class times that no matter how busy your day is you are always able to get a session in at the last minute which is essential for a busy schedule….. and the members that train there are wonderful and inspire and help you every session All round it’s just a pure positive space to train which we all need in todays world

Fantastic experience: Have been with Abs for quite a while now and have to say it has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I love the trainers and the girls that I train with. It has given me self confidence, it’s good for the mind as well as better health and strength. Being in my 50s I feel very comfortable training alongside girls of other ages and abilities as each member is given equal attention and consideration.

Fantastic experience: A cut above the rest. Not many gyms have the same clients since they opened their doors, only the best do. Abs Solution Fitness is simply the best. Woman only gym. Exceptional trainers, who actually care both for your physical and mental health. Constantly learning and adapting which a lot of other gyms/trainers don’t do. 10/10 from me. 5 stars are not enough.

Not just another "PT" selling fad diets and get fit quick programs. These guys really do care about their clients and you feel that from the moment you walk in the door. Great at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Neal and his team are exceptional at what they do. Friendly, welcoming, asked to leave egos at the door and everyone as one for an hour of enjoyable sweat! The gym caters for all, where newest members are made to feel at ease as if they were around years. That's massive for someone like myself who was hesitant for those very reasons. What's really standout for me is that Neal and his team cater for each person individually, by firstly seeking out exactly why you've turned up, what are your goals and what have you struggled with up to now. This is never a crash course sweat session, but a program tailored to your goals and suitable for your ability and lifestyle. It has never been a case of a one size fits all approach here; be it in group classes or 1 on 1 PT sessions. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't reccomemed this gym enough! !After getting covid 11 months ago I've been suffering with long covid, which has caused my fitness to plummet significantly and body to change a lot. It was a huge challenge physically and mentally to get back to a gym. So I knew I needed help, but the right help. From the initial chat with Neal ,who really listened to my challenges and my story, I knew I had found the right place. It was so refreshing to finally find a gym that isn't primarily focused on fitness/health in terms of restrictive diets/scales/aesthetics, which doesn't always equate to health that is sustainable long term. You will find Abs has it all... its haes aligned, super supportive, knowlegable, attentive coaches that cater to the individual needs!! I've manged to complete 2 weeks without gasping for breath in each class. I feel connected to my body again and know I can keep pushing through now I've found the help I need!Abs goes beyond what other commercial/high end gyms do (I've tried them all over the years)

Fantastic experience: I joined Abs in July 2020 and to be honest in my head I was thinking il only stay until August that year as I was training for a certain goal and well..... 2 years on and I can honestly say I'd be lost without Neal Ste Wayne Sinead and all the ladies in the gym. Seriously the soundest funniest bunch of people I am delighted to call my friends. My mindset has changed and I can actually lift some serious weights and I love it. Really was the best decision I made for myself to just make that call that day I walked into Abs.

Fantastic experience: Finding this gym was a Godsend and starting it is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself I’ve done all the fad diets, transformations and what not which have been so deflating and have never felt good after them - but ABS Solution Fitness is a different story altogether. There’s no talk of diets, before and after pics or the scrutinising that can be found elsewhere - it’s just a bunch of gals looking to get fit, strong and healthy and be our best selves while having fun doing it. The atmosphere is amazing and the trainers are honestly just the best I’ve had. So encouraging and patient and help you do the stuff properly based on ability and strength. I’ve never enjoyed going to the gym before and now I absolutely love going and plan my week around going. The classes are so fun and everyone is so nice and the hour is the quickest I’ve ever experienced. Haven’t laughed as much in ages either which is an added bonus I’m only 3 weeks in but can already feel and see changes which is so motivating. They offer a free trial week too to get a feel for the place and see what you think before joining on membership which is amazing and I’ve never seen that before. Really easy to book in classes and loads of times to suit different schedules. So so happy I started here and so excited for what’s to come highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I joined the Abs team at the end of July this year Let me start by saying I AM NOT gym person( actually I hate the gym in general) I have joined a tonne of different types of gyms over the years and until now I have never stuck with any of them!!! But for me Abs solution fitness has changed my perspective on training. The attention given by Neal and his team is amazing and although I am still not at my goal weight I am loving it, because I am looking weight and I know I am doing it in a safe, healthy way that will guarantee I do not put it back on and a few extra pounds while I'm at it!! I have already lost a considerable amount but of course I have a personal goal and timeline. Neal and his team are great at helping to set realistic goals and the people that attend classes are so welcoming and friendly. I honestly can not recommend this gym enough.
