Fantastic experience: Been going to Embassy for 5 months now and can't fault the gym, the facilities, or the coaching. It is a fantastic service all round with a very welcoming nature. I was extremely nervous to go to the gym but once I met with Dean to discuss the hybrid program, and got going, I felt at ease and it has been like joining a community ever since.

Fantastic experience: International visitor. Cost me €13 for a drop in. Dean helped me out and was nice. Cool little gym in a warehouse. They utilized the space really well. Equipment was all new and ranged from squat racks, to free weights, to body building machines, to rowers, to ERG bikes, to sandbags, and kettlebells. I went at 2pm on a weekday. Not crowded but began to pick up as I left at 4pm. Only downside was one toilet, and small changing rooms. I would definitely come back, and I pay for a monthly membership if I lived here.

Fantastic experience: I started with dean in January of 2023 , I had said back then that I always sign up to classes and pt’s and then after a few months drop out. Signing up to the embassy is the best money I have ever spent and will continue to spend !! The encouragement and push the guys give you is unbelievable. The sgpt classes is absolutely brilliant for any fitness level as the guys will push you to what they know you are capable off and it’s a brilliant way to meet new people. The environment alone would make you want to come back. It has not only grown my strength and fitness but my confidence and self belief. !! The trainers are very knowledgeable and professional!! I couldn’t recommend the embassy enough !!

Fantastic experience: The coaches and the gym itself are absolutely amazing! The SGPT and Engine classes are brilliant and the coaches will help push you to the max of what you’re capable of doing. If you want to get stronger and fitter, Embassy is where that’s going to happen!

Fantastic experience: I could never find a gym or classes that worked for me. Embassy Gym offered me a hybrid programme which suited my work schedule. The coaches are always on hand to give tips and advice. Embassy has given me confidence and a better lifestyle choice.

Fantastic experience: Dean, Holly & Katie are simply amazing at what they do and the level of support they provide, both in the gym & behind the scenes, is unparalleled. The energy in the place is incredible and the social aspect is an extra added bonus. I never thought I’d look forward to going gym & even more that I miss it if I can’t make a session! Hands down the best gym in town & I love being a member! So keep doing what you’re doing lads - 10/10

SGPT is the way to make serious progress as the guys aren’t shy about pushing you on, whilst correcting your form at the same time. I am loving embassy since starting SGPT in October. Fantastic experience: This place is unbelievable the staff are a credit I started 2 months back and with hard work on a diet and their expertise in the engine classes I'm down over 2 and a half stone and I'll never look back going to join their small PT group training after Xmas to give myself that extra push after the holidays

Fantastic experience: Signed up for a 6 week challenge. With week 1 done after over a year away from gyms I can't recommend the guys enough. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They encourage you to push yourself but also have the craic with you while doing it. The gym has a huge range of equipment available too to suit everyone. I'd highly recommend anyone in the Carrickmacross and surrounding areas to call in and check it out!

Negative experience: I got up at 5 in the morning and cleared the snow that had fallen during the night by about 200 mm. I thought I'd risk it and go to the gym in Carickmacross there is about 1 cm of snow in carickmacross. nothing horrible. it is 6 o'clock and the gate is closed. I thought I would wait a moment. it's 7 o'clock and still no one has arrived. the owners probably fell asleep or forgot to inform the customers that they would come later. an application you download to your phone could inform customers about delays or the number of people inside. I lost money and my time. I'll finish the month and I won't go back
