Fantastic experience: Unreal place. What can I say about Sheila? Such a fab person!!! Wish I had the time, energy and money to go to every class!!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about The Workshop. I started Pilates here last January and I love it, Sheila is a great teacher and works along beside you. Class sizes are small and not at all imposing. I would definitely encourage anyone to attend Pilates here both for physical and mental well being ????????

Fantastic experience: A beautiful studio space, clean and cosy. Sheila is a welcoming, patient and friendly teacher. She has a wide variety of skills and disciplines to offer. Her classes are always expertly run with great warmth and laughter. I couldn’t recommend a better teacher and studio!
