Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Sheila's classes for 3 terms and can thoroughly recommend. The studio is well equipped, welcoming and the perfect size for small groups of up to 12 people. Classes are varied and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You'll find all the motivation you need to improve your flexibility and fitness through pilates or resistance based excercise. Relaxation and well-being classes are also on offer. The website is very informative and you'll find all the classes easy to book in blocks of 6. One of my best discoveries!

Fantastic experience: The best hour of my week, I absolutely love Sheila's classes, the difference Pilates has made to me is unbelievable! She is considerate of any aches and will guide you on movements to help ease the pain, it's a 10/10 from me!!

Class sizes are small and not at all imposing. I would definitely encourage anyone to attend Pilates here both for physical and mental well being
