Fantastic experience: I attended Agatha's pregnancy pilates classes. I found them very beneficial during the whole pregnancy, from early pregnancy right up to my due date. I looked forward to attending the classes every week, a place to relax and feel safe chatting to other mothers. I loved how Agatha could tailor the class to suit your personal needs every week. I learnt a lot of different movements on the ball and mat to use during pregnancy and labour, as well as breathing exercises and pelvic floor exercises. I also found her advice and encouragement very inspiring, as this is my first pregnancy, so it gave me more confidence in my own body in preparation for the labour and birth.
Fantastic experience: I have been attending the Fit Mum Pregnancy Pilates classes with Agata. They have been amazing at keeping me moving during pregnancy but also for teaching me about breath work, pelvic movements and positions for birth that I know will come in very useful soon as I reach the end of pregnancy.
Fantastic experience: I am very happy and satisfied with Fit Mum's Pilates classes for pregnant women. Agata is an excellent teacher with a lot of experience in the field, her calm demeanor makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I am learning a lot of pelvic movements and breathing exercises that will be useful during labor. In addition, the exercises help me with back and rib pain. I definitely recommend Agata's classes.

Fantastic experience: As a participant and an expectator, I have witnessed the energy and general wellbeing that Agata's sessions inject into anyone in the class. Her sessions are a "feel-good" in a little bottle !
Fantastic experience: I have been really enjoying Agata's pregnancy pilates classes and most recently the Active Birth Workshop which was really informative and full of useful tools for myself and my partner to prepare for the weeks ahead. Agata is an excellent teacher, full of wisdom and I find her lessons so calming. She has really helped me approach the upcoming birth in a relaxed way and to really appreciate and enjoy the experience. I look forward to hopefully availing of her mum and baby classes soon!
Fantastic experience: I’ve done both post natal & pregnancy yoga with Agata & it was fantastic. It facilitated relaxation but more important for me was it helped me build strength safely pre-birth & some time after baby arrived. Agata also taught in a manner that you could remember how to use the techniques eg during labour. Her teaching gave me confidence in my bodies ability to be capable for labour. She is genuine and caring in her approach which was refreshing and important considering the timing of the classes I attended ie pregnant or some time after new baby arrived.
Fantastic experience: I have taken Agata’s courses for years now- fit & buggy - yoga - birth preparation course - pelvic floor classes - detox and and and! The courses are great (which is why i am a regular ;)) and Agata is incredible. Gentle and yet always bringing us to grow and become stronger (not just physically).
Fantastic experience: I worked with Agata and Fit Mum for many years. As a bodywork therapist I often see clients who struggle with core or pelvic strength, who would like more flexibility or look for a sustainable yoga practice. I refer both clients and friends to Agata. She is the most experienced and knowledgable yoga teacher in Malahide and brings genuine interest and wonderful support to women in pregnancy, maternity and beyond. I could not recommend her classes and workshops more.
Fantastic experience: I can only recommend Agata's yoga and pilates classes. I am not a mum but have been attending her postnatal classes. Agata has the wonderful ability to tune into a group and make her classes flow. She helped me adjust my practice when struggling with lower back pain and always makes sure her students are supported. I love Fit Mum classes for their energy, their flow, Agata's gentle instructions, her embodied experience and her knowledge of women's bodies and movement, for the meditations at the end and simply the way I feel afterwards. It's always worth showing up.
