This positive experience led me to her Path Breaker program. For years, I have carried the weight of my past. While I wouldn't call it trauma, my childhood experiences significantly impacted my present life. I was very lucky to find her pop-up ad for the Path Breaker program. It sounded interesting, and after reading more about it, I invested in it. It was a great decision, as Ania has made a significant positive impact on my life. Her professionalism and dedication were evident from the start. Ania was always so well-prepared for each session; she had insightful questions and relevant resources that really helped me. The program included videos, downloads, inner child work, and much more. The weekly Zoom sessions, held in a small group setting, provided a safe and supportive environment for self-discovery. Ania expertly guided us through the process, facilitating insightful discussions and helping us uncover hidden aspects of ourselves. Thanks to the program, I've learned to better control my emotions, negative thoughts, and actions. I'm making significant progress in self-development and self-love. Fantastic experience: The Coaching Nest is the number one place to train in Galway. Ania and Kris are highly professional, very knowledgeable and most of all fun trainers. Each session is different and challenging but all exercises can always be adapted to the abilities of the people at the class. There are always alternative options if you have an injury or want to take it a little bit more gently. But if you're fit and ready to go - this is the place to go for a complete workout which will leave you satisfied - and looking forward to the next session. Can't recommend it enough - great people, small groups so lots of individual attention and feedback. Try it ! What have you got to lose ? You won't look back.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Coaching Nest! Ania is wonderful! honestly she transformed my life! I wasn't doing any exercise for more than 5 years and she helped me realize how much I was missing out! I've just finished the Metafix program and at first had no clue of how to start my journey... Ania helps with all nutritional aspect for my own lifestyle and the classes are super fun. It's not only about losing it or maintaining weight but improving our confidence and happiness! I can't thank her enough for the positive words and encouragement!

I am absolutely delighted with the excellent standard of trainers and their interval training sessions, nutritional advice, friendly and open atmosphere not to mention the best yoga classes I've been to in Galway.
