Next Generation Gym

Fantastic experience: I was delighted to come across Mike in the next generation gym. I love doing my 3 days a week personal training & he really gets the most out of me & it's great chatting to him as well. I feel a new lease of life since attending training with Mike. Can't recommend Mike for personal training enough.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities, Mike the owner/trainer is very knowledgeable and offers great programmes for beginners. It is by far the best gym in Cobh and has the friendliest atmosphere.
