Stephen and Rys ensure good techniques and there for support with monthly check ins and healthy habits leading to an overall healthy lifestyle. I've learnt so much and was able to maintain consistency throughout my year as a member. I would highly recommend reset.

Fantastic experience: Professional training in a well equipped gym. Once a client, you are supported , never forgotten, or left behind. 45 mins hard work done and out the gap. Timetable to suit everyone. Could not ask for more!

And during the lockdown his consistency and energy in delivering an online program was second to none . Well done Steve and the team keep it going .

Fantastic experience: Since joining Reset Fitness last June, Steve, Ronan and Aidan have helped me to feel healthier, fitter and stronger. They take an holistic approach to improving overall fitness. I am now consistent in my training days, doing my three sessions a week, and adopting good habits outside of training. They take things slowly, making sure I do every exercise correctly for maximum benefit and are always on hand at every session to guide and push! It is a great place to train and workout. It is great community of resetters!!

From day one I was made to feel welcome and the coaches designed a program that was suitable to my needs. From the facilities to the trainers, the team at Reset have created the perfect environment for people to feel comfortable in the gym. The professionalism and encouragement I receive each time I step in the door has enabled me to work hard and consistently achieve my goals. 7 years seems like a long time, but I never get bored - my programme constantly changes and the team always makes sure to incorporate something new to mix things up. Fantastic experience: Have been going here for just over a year now and absolutely love it. The trainers are extremely knowledgable and will find a way to help you whatever your needs may be. The results I've gotten since starting here have been amazing and didn't require me to do a complete overhaul on my life but just build in some healthier habits. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: The Team at Reset Fitness are very supportive and provide individual coaching plans for each member. We train safely in pods, maintaing distance from each other and enjoy a combination of online classes and PT sessions. I recommend them highly. I've found this experience hugely beneficial. It has given me the kick start my fitness needed!

Fantastic experience: Excellent business. Pre Covid the service was exceptional. With the onset of Covid the level kf support and availability of Steve and his team was above and beyond. Reopening has commenced and the service feels safe and more than professional. I can't recommend this business enough. If you need to reset you health and fitness then you won't regret joining Steve and his team.

Fantastic experience: I found Reset to be fantastic after a long layoff from training. There's a great crew of friendly and quality trainers here.
