Fantastic experience: This box feel like home, experienced coaches that are knowledgeable. They will lend you a hand in any scalable exercises that you might need (as it was my case with a shoulder injury). They encouraged me to keep going, overcoming that frustration and get stronger. Wouldn’t choose a better one!

Fantastic experience: My daughter attend the gym there, they’re really helpful, and encourage her so much, there a really nice community feel there. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to give CrossFit a go

Fantastic experience: Huge spacious gym. Experienced coaches who are very patient with CrossFit beginners. Every class I have been at had a mix of CrossFit Pros and beginners. Parking spaces and Showers available. What more could you ask for.
