Fantastic experience: Spent a week training in HQ when I was up in Mayo visiting family. From the moment I walked into the gym I was greeted with smile and enthusiasm from George and all the amazing staff at HQ . The gym is amazing all the right gear in the right places . But the staff is what make this gym ,over the week I could see the time and effort each staff member put into each and every person who walked through the door . Always helping people out showing them a thing or two what to do what not to do at particular times to be injury free. And the laugh people are also having while in there work out was amazing. So many people walking around with smile on there faces. I trained in many gyms around the world but I have to say the atmosphere the lay out of the gym the gear the professionalism and the craic is all to be had at Health Quarters Ballaghaderreen. Thanks lads for great week.

Fantastic experience: I was up home for the week so I decided to do a few classes as well as my usual runs. To be honest I was expecting the spin/circuit class to be easy. Wow was I in for a shock it is the toughest class I have ever done and thats saying something. Amazing staff they really know their stuff, I will be calling in anytime I am home. I highly recommend this gym it is definitely worth a visit it has everything you need for a good workout and plenty of classes to choose from and believe me the staff push you to your limit .

Fantastic experience: Popped in for a session when I was around the area, was able to get a day pass no bother... Super facility in general, but anyone interested in crossfit the place is decked out with equipment to suit. 100% ill be back
