Fantastic experience: I have been doing smoveys for about 10 years now There's no end to the benefits of exercising with smoveys I have cured arthritis in my hips At present I am working on neck Due to a blockage in the veins in my neck and a stoop I am using the smoveys to clear the blockage and in time improve my posture Irene with all her qualifications brings holistic healing to the highest level Irene is great to keep people motivated and has created the 21 day challenge meeting the needs of so many people The joy of it is you can join live every morning or tune in whatever time during the day that suits you I find Irene's daily pep talks great thay fit in so well with all my needs sometimes I think Irene can read my mind Irene has helped so many people world wide not alone with smoveys but with N l P Parkinson's coaching to name but a few of her qualifications I am honoured and blessed to have Irene in my life I call her my earth angel Thank you Ireneand wishing you continued success and happiness in your own personal life

Fantastic experience: I purchased my Smoveys in November and was fortunate to time it with the starting of a new challenge. I am now on my 3rd challenge, because you are automatically registered for a lifetime of challenges. I truly enjoy the challenges with Irene and I show up consistently (which is sometimes a challenge for me!) I can highly recommend Smoveys in terms of increasing fitness, balance and brain function. Fantastic experience: Taking part in the 21 day challenge has been very motivating for me. I have Parkinson’s and bought a set of Smovey rings when visiting the European Parkinson’s Therapy Centre in 2023. I was enjoying using them, but wasn’t realising their full potential until I came across Irene and Health in your Hands. Smoveys are such a brilliant tool for physical health, but also mental and emotional, and Irene has opened up their possibilities in a hugely inspirational, enthusiastic, positive and empathetic way. Fantastic experience: Hi there my Smovey comrades. My story is a little weird, but I want to share it incase it does resonate with anyone out there. So, for as long as I can remember I’ve had this strange vibration running through my body. In stressful situations the vibration would increase 100 fold. I’m not talking about panic attacks. This vibration was so strong that I could feel every nerve in my body, felt like the tension on a guitar string being pulled so tight, then released. This all happened in seconds. I would immediately feel as if my body was shaking from the inside out. The last time it happened, the stress I was experiencing was horrific. I was so distressed, I asked my friend to look at me properly until she could see the shaking. My dear friend marched me into the ladies toilets , holding me in front of the mirror. What shakes can you see she asked? I explained how I could still feel the vibration and the shaking. I was relieved it wasn’t visible to anyone else. Miraculously the next day I came across Peter Levine on YouTube talking about the vegas nerve. He was demonstrating Smoveys to his patients. Then I found IRENE. She listened patiently to my story explained what was happening and agreed Smoveys would certainly help with my problem. The secret was consistency. After 6 weeks the vibration had completely gone. Nothing else in my life had changed. I followed and still follow the Smoney plan like a life line. I can’t thank Irene enough for taking my calls answering my questions and encouraging me when times got tough. Fantastic experience: I got these for my mother years ago for her restless legs and they worked a treat. Just got another pair for the pain in my shoulders and neck and really surprised how they release the pain. Shocked at how effective something so simple can be.

Fantastic experience: I took part in 2 courses run by Smovey Health (so far). I am a fit and healthy female in my mid 20s and I wanted to create a healthy routine, get some fitness in with smovey and learn how to regulate my nervous system just so I could be less stressed and anxious overall. After talking with Irene who is an absolute pleasure to deal with, she let me know her courses are open to absolutely everyone and I was delighted to make the investment. I feel so much better and equipped with tools to continue improving my health and wellness. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: Smovey Health is an amazing Health and Wellness tool and the Smovey team in Ireland - headed by Irene, goes beyond anything I've experienced with personal customer care and service. They really do care. Smovey's have helped me with serious back pain (prolapsed disc) to keep active without impact exercise. Also it's a fantastic massaging tool. Smovey health provide a very personalised yet always professional service.
