Fantastic experience: I had been in a leisure center gym for years and it wasn't until I started in SK Fitness that I achieved results! Sharon is an excellent trainer and motivator. The 3 x 30 min sessions each week are always different and very enjoyable. If you are thinking about joining don't think just do it as you wont regret it!!
