Negative experience: I've been a loyal member of this gym for years, and I've unfortunately witnessed the absolute decay of the place. As a start, there's never anybody at the desks to ask questions or to even just ensure the place runs smoothly. It's now at the stage where even kids (teens and pre-teens), who are not meant to be allowed as members, enter the gym freely, with no adult supervision and nobody from reception to do anything about it. Additionally, the hygiene standards at the place are non-existent, and machines are broken for months at the time with no maintenance of sorts. Lastly, over the past couple of days the place has been closed, with no sign for customers to even know why that is, or even when they can expect to be able to access the facility in the future. I've paid a yearly membership and I wish I didn't, because I would have canceled it by now. This is no way of conducting business. Too bad, because the place used to be run smoothly, and it was a great gym. Clearly not anymore.

Avoid the headache, any other gym in Limerick would be a better choice.

Negative experience: Avoid guys!!!! There are better gyms in town... The gym was completely ruined after years of disregard from the owner.

Negative experience: Many of the gym equipment items are not properly maintained and/or have been broken for long periods. I was charged after cancellation, like many other users described here.

Negative experience: Poor costumer service, no staff in there, never ever. Trying to cancel my membership and I have no idea how contact them as the email address isn’t working, nobody even answer instagram messages. Advice: never sign up for membership if you don’t want unnecessary charges because there is no way to cancel it after. Unbelievable!!

Negative experience: The customer service at this gym is the worst I have ever encountered. I cancelled my membership on March 8 with an effective date of May 31. They keep trying to charge me, and I keep trying to contact them with no response. The gym is also very small, with limited equipment that is frequently broken. Basecamp: please cancel my membership and stop trying to charge my card.

Negative experience: Unable to cancel the membership, email is not working, no answer from multiple attempts to contact in person, email, by phone. Cancelled the membership in November and money is still coming out and no response from multiple attempts to contact, very unprofessional

Negative experience: My first gym and so wasn't sure what to expect. Facilities and range of machines are good but the space is extremely cramped at peak times. I paid an additional cost for 1:1 sessions and what was sold as "the closest thing to personal training" you could get for less than the usual PT cost, but the trainer missed the only two sessions that were ever scheduled and never explained why. I waited at the front desk for over 30mins at one point for one member of staff to get the trainer in question and neither ever came back to me. Pretty shocking service. Quickly moved to another gym once I knew what I was doing.

Negative experience: After cancellation (in person discussio,by e mail and by app), gym membership was continued, meanwhile I was living in different town and manager was not reachable by phone and not responding on my repeated e mails. At the end I needed to travel physically to the gym and cancell it one more time in person ... Just painful experience ...

Negative experience: I immigrated at the end of February, I handed in my verbal and written confirmation that I would cease my membership then, I have since been charged for the last two month despite me cancelling my membership three time since then. Please sort this out

Negative experience: I recommend the gym, but personal trainer Igor Dias is to be avoided! He made me pay for several sessions in advance and stand me up 5 times, canceling the sessions sometimes 30 minutes beforehand! I was there for a limited time, and he knew it perfectly well. I told him several times that I was leaving soon and that either we finish our sessions or he refunds me (since he kept canceling all the time). He did neither. It's been 4 months since I returned to my country, and every week he tells me he will refund me next week. A shame. A very dishonest man.

Negative experience: No lockers so be very careful what you bring. Have had the change in my jacket cleared out a few times. No water machines only options to buy water so bring your own. Not a great selection of equipment. No signal and wifi is usually not working make sure you download a playlist. Have to email 30 days notice to cancel and if the 30 days runs into the next month you have to pay that aswell.

Negative experience: Wish I could give this zero I've diabetes and osteoporosis and booked in for body fat percentage test first stage guy was sick OK, the second he didn't show up or cancel. I'm a size 18 and Very Very angry. I want to improve on this situation a bone Is going to break.

Fantastic experience: Average sized gym with almost all of the equipment anyone would need and smart utilisation of space. Good functional fitness area with enough space for movement classes. Barbells, dumbbells and majority of machines needed available. Good personal training and class options available. TRx ropes and Boxing bags are a plus. Good changing rooms with hot showers. Biggest selling point for me is that I am yet to see the gym packed, I’ve had the gym completely to myself on occasions and on average there’s been 3 or 4 others in the gym at the same time so I haven’t been waiting for equipment. Staff have been very friendly, answered any and all questions I have asked. Minor piece missing for me; water fountain.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Very good location and early opening hours. It's great that having jobs, kids and a house on my head, I can have time for myself and do what I love and challenge myself. The gym is very well equipped. All the wonderful staff are always there to help. It is addictive when you see results and you will also get a lot of positive energy, want more and take care of yourself. Fantastic experience: It's a nice place for someone looking for a very premium gym membership, but beware because it's premium, the cost is quite expensive compared to other gym in Limerick, but the experience you will have is absolutely premium. So, in the end I think this is a great place.

I've had alot of set backs since joining but I never feel any pressure to go back straight away and it's always nice to get a little check in and how I'm doing when I am back and noticed. Great positive people working in there and the only expectation set inside there are own. Kudos to all in there working and a fantastic experience so far since joining.
