Yoga Classes to the general public in large airy room with beautiful views to the court house. Yoga style are enjoyable easy flows cleverly built over weeks with insightful benefits and uses in every day life. Taught by Siobhan Shinnors Medical Herbalist & Yoga therapy with 30 years yoga experience and 20 years teaching. Private classes available in the Better Health Clinic.
