Fantastic experience: I’ve had the most positive experience at Cifit Gym! The trainers are fantastic, especially Ciara. As an amputee, I’ve been blown away by the way she’s gone above & beyond to create a tailored, adaptive fitness plan just for me. She's full of knowledge, creativity, and genuinely one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. The gym itself has an amazing atmosphere—great tunes always playing & a fun, inspiring vibe that keeps you motivated. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive & energizing fitness community!

Fantastic experience: Best women’s gym around. Ciara is such an inspiration and goes above and beyond for everyone that walks through the door. You will 100% get results and not be disappointed. Could not recommend Ci-Fit enough!

Fantastic experience: Having not been near a gym in over 4 months I was worried about returning to one today. There was no need the Semi PT sessions are fantastic, 45 mins workouts targeting the body using weights, they track your reps weights and measurements. Have signed up for the next 4 weeks and not dreading my next class....result!
