Fantastic experience: As a service user with a disability, I was thankful and impressed that your staff were extra helpful and informative to help me use the pool and changing facilities. The girls on the front desk were helpful and made an anxiety inducing experience of using such a public setting in pandemic times, alot easier. They took the stress out of booking in, paying and explaining the procedure that is in place to keep staff and customers safe. I wish other businesses were as friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back for my next swim

Fantastic experience: My son just started swimming lessons here and is loving it. The staff are all friendly and I love that the teachers are in the water with the children during the lessons. They have a shallow kids pool as well as the bigger pool which is great for smaller kids. They have a viewing area right next to the small kids pool too so you can keep an eye on the kids during the lesson.

Fantastic experience: My daughter attends the Swim Academy at Grove Island and has come on in leaps and bounds with her water confidence and she is beginning to swim on her own. The teachers are young and friendly and also really excellent and professional. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The staff are lovely & the small fella loves going there every week for his swim lessons. The place is clean & there isn't an overwhelming smell of chlorine which suggests that they keep their pools clean & the filters are well maintenaned. I've been to pools where the smell of chlorine is enough to gas you to death & your eyes will burn for hours after swimming in the water. Not here, they know what they're doing here. We're hoping to keep our son enrolled here in their swimming programme for years to come. He loves it.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place. The facility has undergone massive improvements over the last few years. The staff are some of the best around. The gym and pool are spotless. The Boot-camp class I highly recommend.
