Negative experience: A lot that could be improved on here - air conditioning as it’s way too warm, none of the weights are ever in order or organised which means others can’t be bothered to put them back in order, and nowhere in the building to refill a reusable water bottle

Negative experience: Not fit for purpose There is no aircon meaning the gym during the summer months is so warm and unusable. Equipment is very out of date. No bicep machine no calf machine

Positive experience: Great place but should provide an open wifi to the gym users

Fantastic experience: Best gym! Loads of space to workout and friendly staff. I got the best results with my Personal trainer Martin. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: I am slighty disappointed.No shower, no wi-fi. I dont know - mayby it is standard at Ireland...But in England or Poland these things are basic minimum.

Positive experience: I see there is a lot a five start reviews for classes and PT but from a bodybuilding point of view gym is very outdated, missing many machines no calf machines no seated leg curl many more missing, since joining last year there has been 3 machines sitting out of order why are they not getting fixed or using that space for a new machine gym feels like it’s still in 2010, this gym has a great potential great staff who are polite look after it good and clean properly but needs to be updated as the years go on to keep up with the competition

Positive experience: Editing review after a year of membership, I joined with 25 Euro pm which is a fantastic price for the gym and the quality of equipments. Very recently the prices I was paying is 40 pm which is even more than flyfit. Considering the equipments are non branded and mediocre quality and breaking often 30 Euro pm is the best for his gym anything more and it's not worth. Also a point to mention that the female staff is very rude and should learn from their counterparts.

Fantastic experience: Yogahub on Camden Lane is fabulous. I love the dim light stairwell and the studios are great. I also took a class in Castlenock and the studio is also fabulously spacious. Michael’s got yoga class I amy fave!

Fantastic experience: I attend Yogahub . I have to say I love the variety of classes and time slots !! Also I want to say that Kate is the most amazing teacher for flow I’ve ever had and for Yin there is no one like Louise , I generally try to go to both their classes as they are exceptional teachers and I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 years

Fantastic experience: Absolute fantastic gym!!! Very clean! Lots of space to do your own thing in comfort . Great upbeat music . Very spacious. Staff are so lovely. I'm a miss bikini Ireland finalist and we had a fitness day up there on the 6th of October and I couldnt of enjoyed it anymore it was fantastic! Down the stairs theres a pool and a little shop to get healthy snacks and food with a delicious protein milkshake! Ger Conroy himself is an amazing trainer full of life and energy really motivating person full of smiles and manners !

Fantastic experience: I usually go here to visit my personal trainer Orlaith. This place is never awfully crowded and there’s always enough machines to go on whenever for anyone. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the personal trainer opportunity here.

Positive experience: The gym is always spotless and tidy. There is a good variety of equipment and I rarely have to wait for a rack/machine. There is a range of different classes and these are at good timeslots. It is just a pity there is no water fountain or dedicated changing facility. Particularly at the weekends it is difficult getting changed as the changing rooms are jammed with young children from Water Babies.

Negative experience: Very good sales pitch initially by a really upbeat lady. Promised a lot but was disappointed with facilities and lack of interest of reception staff - no clear indication of what happens next - no WhatsApp group as promised - the personal trainer was a good guy but for me this place was not what I wanted - which was my own fault I guess - I should have researched it more A waste of 350e and my partner joined for a month and didn’t even get a text

Positive experience: Ger Conroy has everything you need for a great workout and never too busy to be able to access what you need. Unfortunately they don't have personal changing rooms. The changing rooms are attached to the swimming pool used for children. So there are always children (young boys and girls) in the shared area of grown women. There is an area meant to be designated for those who use the pool but no one seems to use it and just come into the main toilet/shower area. The toilets are always soaking wet due to those getting out of the pool. There are no hair driers for women to dry their hair after a shower so working out and showering before work is not an option ! They don't offer sockets to bring your own either. Good gym but not great for those wishing to go before work. If you go after work then you are changing with children around you. (gawking at you) lol

Positive experience: An ok gym, no water foundation and the PTs aren’t great compared to other gyms I’ve been to but you’ll always get the machine you want as the place is empty.

Fantastic experience: Attended a strength and conditioning class recently and it was excellent. The trainer was lovely and kept a watchful eye on everyone! The changing rooms need updating but posters announce that they are in the pipeline and they are very clean regardless. The whole health centre concept is great!

Fantastic experience: Easy to use app for booking classes. The location at Junction 6 is excellent. The reception area has a great calming quality to set you up for the classes. The rooms themselves are a great size nobody on top of one another. I have had classes with both Cathy and Elisa who were really good instructors. Cathy in particular had a beautiful ending to her session with a small reading about wellness after quite a tough session it was a perfect way to end.

Positive experience: Way overpriced for me. Well know around the local area with great results. If your going there for a thread mill there be plenty, but take a run down the canal to ashtown. For a much better experience.
