Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym - have been attending for a year now. First gym I have stuck routinely to attending classes. Great morning class times. Mark & Linda are brilliant and classes carried out with a great sense of humour. Class styles vary and are challenging but are over before you know it! I joined as a complete beginner with no experience with weights. I have seen a big improvement in my fitness and my strength. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Insanity Fit Zone for several months now. Mark and Linda were so welcoming and friendly from the beginning. Coming around, explaining the exercise, ensuring I have the correct technique etc. They push you enough, ensuring I make the most of my training session. You simply have to show up for the class and the coaches will motivate you to do the rest! It's fun, I feel so much fitter and I think it does wonders for both your physical and mental health. Mark and Linda are all great coaches. You get to know them all and they are genuinely interested in you achieving your fitness and health goals. They are so much fun, knowledgeable and encouraging. I will definately recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Very different to any gym I've been to in the past. Staff are extremely friendly. Energy levels are through the roof during the classes. You will sweat a lot and have a laugh at the same time. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Not your run of the mill gym. Mark and the team are like a big family, constantly helping and wanting everyone to improve. This improvement extends to the gym as well, they are constantly mixing things up to keep the classes etc tough and beneficial for everyone. Can't rate this place and these people highly enough, if there was 10 stars I'd give them!!
