Fantastic experience: What an amazing bunch of young talented people!! From the moment I walked in, greeted with a smile, I got a free induction session, I was explained everything, shown every piece of equipment! Even after, when I had questions, there was always someone that answered it with a smile!!! Super location, plenty of parking! You name it, they have it!!! Please don’t ever change, you are doing an amazing job!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Energie for a few months now and I’m genuinely loving it. The variety of classes is brilliant, there’s something for everyone, no matter your fitness level. I’m really enjoying the morning classes, they’re great for getting a proper workout in and still being out the door in time for work. The atmosphere is great and the trainers are extremely supportive. I’d highly recommend Energie to anyone thinking about joining a new gym!

Fantastic experience: Only just joined the gym but have been absolutely loving it . I went with a friend to trail a class before joining to get feel for the place which was a great help . Having not been to a gym in years it can be quite intimidating and nerve wrecking to take that first step but Cian could not have been more welcoming and helpful . He put me at ease straight away and made me feel comfortable and was so encouraging. Currently doing the morning classes at the minute and am loving them . So tough but so enjoyable and a lovely group. Such a great way to start the day. Great facilities and really reasonable membership. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Energie Fitness is always spotlessly clean and has a wide range of equipment and plenty of weights, so you’re never stuck waiting around or unable to do the workout you planned. What really sets it apart though is the staff. They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to have a chat and so approachable if you have any questions or need guidance in the gym. Cian and Cathal are genuinely so lovely to deal with and incredibly helpful. They create such a positive atmosphere, making the gym feel relaxed and inviting no matter what level you’re at. If you’re thinking about joining a gym, I’d highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: This is easily the best gym in Galway. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is excellent! It has top-class equipment, and absolutely fantastic classes that suit all levels. The gym is always spotless, no matter what time of day you go. The staff are absolutely unreal, every single one of the lads in there are so friendly and approachable! I really enjoy training here and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. 10/10 for me!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Energie Fitness Galway and have nothing but good things to say. I have been attending the classes on a Tuesday and Thursday morning and they are so enjoyable. The classes are tough but the staff are so encouraging that you still feel amazing coming away from them. Everyone else in the classes are also lovely its clear that the team have built a great community here. The facilities are great with showers so I can be ready to go straight to work after my workout. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Been a member of Energie Fitness Galway Briarhill for years now! Absolutely love it! Staff are brilliant..... you can bother them at any time for help with machines, workout plans or even just for the chats. The whole atmosphere of the gym is definitely laid out by lads, its relaxed, happy and to the point. Cathal and Tom are just two that I have dealt with personally and I cannot speak highly enough about them! The whole gym is kept pristine and spotless. The variety of equipment in the gym and the great use of space means even when its busy you wont be left waiting for anything. Along with all the equipment are also a massive range and variety of classes that are simple to book. For such reasonable pricing, this is by far the best gym I've been to and is the reason I've stuck with it for numerous years now. Fantastic experience: I've been going to to this gym for over a year. It's a great gym. The team are super friendly especially Cian. Cian pushes you in the classes to do better. You can book your classes on the app they provide you. I have a habit of joining gyms and not going consistently and giving up but the team here are so good they make it feel like you're not even in a gym its so fun. It's great that you get Yoga, Pilates & Zumba classes. Defo the best gym in Galway!! I could not recommend this place enough. I go to Zumba on Wednesday's.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this gym. I have twenty years of experience in the gym, and this one is top-notch. Experienced and incredibly positive trainers, plenty of equipment, and plenty of punching bags. For bodybuilders, the gym has mirrors and excellent lighting.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for about a week now, and overall it’s been a fantastic experience. The equipments are modern, clean, and well maintained. The trainers go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and they genuinely care about helping you improve. That kind of support makes a huge difference, especially when you’re just starting out. What really keeps me coming back, though, are the classes. There’s so much variety, and each one has its own energy, it never feels repetitive. The instructors bring such passion that it makes you actually look forward to showing up everyday. Overall, an excellent gym with a great community feel. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The gym has a great atmosphere and the equipments are well-maintained, making it a very good place to work out. One small improvement would be to have a water fountain available, since it would make easier during training, but every time I ask for water the staff is super friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. There’s only one stair machine, and since it’s really popular it can get busy sometimes, but overall it’s a really good place to work out and the positive vibe keeps me coming back. Well done guys!

Fantastic experience: Having recently started at engergie fitness I can so far say it's the best gym I have gone to. All the guys there are so friendly and helpful and put a complete novice attending the gym like myself at ease. I am thoroughly enjoying trying out all the different classes on offer, with such variety and packed timetable of times there is something to suit everyone, the classes I've gone to do far have been great and made fun by the trainers and the guys are great for altering weights and exercises when needed to suit the person not expecting everyone is the same which I love! The gym itself is spotless and modern with a huge range of equipment to avail of and the guys are so helpful in showing how everything works so it's not daunting! I've gone to many gym/fitness classes in the past and honestly nothing compares to the experience I've had so far at engergie fitness Galway it's top class between the gym itself and how that typical daunting feeling of going to the gym does not exist in energie thanks to the friendly trainers working there :) I am so lucky to have found it and have been recommending it to all my friends :)

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym for about six years, and it has everything you could ask for. From a diverse range of classes to shower facilities, and a wide selection of equipment, weights, and machines. The trainers are friendly and attentive. I recently had a wrist injury, they were great at providing alternative exercises during classes. Classes are intense but good fun – perfect for a quick, targeted workout. The gym itself has a relaxed, clean atmosphere, and there's always equipment available.

Fantastic experience: I've being going here for over a year. No judgement..the lads are sound. Plenty of weights and equipment. I really feel it beneficial. All ages, shapes and fitness levels. I'm a late starter and feel it's great for the head as well as the physical benefits.

Negative experience: I’m updating my review after two years as a member. I used to really enjoy this gym, but my experience changed over the past couple of months. The music volume has been consistently very loud during certain sessions, and despite mentioning it a few times, it never improved. It eventually became uncomfortable for me to work out. Today, after a comment from the owner regarding my feedback about the volume, I realized I no longer felt comfortable or respected as a member, so I decided to leave. In our final conversation, he told me I was being rude, even though from my perspective he is the one who hasn’t really listened to member concerns. When I cancelled, I was also charged for an additional month, with the explanation that I could continue using the gym until December, even though I made it clear I wouldn’t be returning. I understand this may be their policy, but it added to my disappointment. In addition to the noise issue, I’ve noticed the toilets haven’t been as clean lately, and the shower water has been extremely hot with no temperature adjustment. Because of these experiences over the last few months, I can’t recommend the gym at this time.

The lads are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with form or equipment. Trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress. The classes are the highlight of this gym- diverse, high-energy and led by passionate instructors. Class times are convent and there’s always something different to try, overall an excellent gym.

Fantastic experience: Energie gym has a very welcoming environment and staff are so friendly. They go out of their way to greet members by name. I mainly do the early morning classes which are always varied so they keep me motivated to roll out of bed at the crack of dawn! There is always plenty of availability on the cardio and weights machines too so no waiting awkwardly for your next exercise! Cian is brilliant for keeping up the energy levels in the classes and has a great knowledge and variety of exercises to keep us sweating hard.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym Gym is equipped with up to date machines and has a wide variety of different machines, staff are very friendly and there is a good atmosphere in the gym Cian in particular was very helpful with setting up my membership and helping me get started, he was a pleasure to deal with and always has a smile on his face when you go into the gym.

Negative experience: Someone put a hole in a wall and the first thing they did was blame me and my friends as we're "nuisances" like the owner said, they cancelled our memberships before even questioning us and the owner wouldn't give refunds because "it's his business and he can do what he wants". 2 of the team members had different stories to what they thought happened and when we asked the owner again he told us he doesn't have to explain himself to us. Then the guards were called because we wouldn't leave without a reason for our ban. Now we're not allowed to step on the property

Negative experience: As soon as I walked in I got very unwelcomed experience from the get go, I asked for a day pass and the bald melted maalteaser looking mf said to me "only a day pass, your clearly on the chunkier side of the cheesecake and proceeded to laugh and encourage me to buy a €39.99 month pass. In what world is this acceptable to speak to a paying member like that!!! Gardai will be getting notified by this, membership cancelled!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking gym!! There were teenagers playing a game called "roblox" max volume and staff didn't make them stop. While I was on the treadmill the machine broke and kept speeding up and caused me to fall and when I complained they deemed it to be my fault. I've cancelled my membership never going here again.
