Fantastic experience: Shoreline Leisure Greystones is a great spot for fitness, relaxation, and fun. The facilities are well maintained — from the gym and swimming pool to the fitness classes and sports areas, everything is clean, organised, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly and helpful, creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere for people of all ages. The pool area is especially nice — bright, spacious, and ideal for both casual swimmers and families.

Negative experience: Main gym is consistently disgustingly warm (24+ degrees) for a gym/weight room. Secondary room is smaller but better.

Сауна заслуживает отдельного внимания ведь это одна из лучших саун в которой мне удалось побывать. Однозначно рекомендую к посещению этот спортзал!

Positive experience: Its a good gym and nice pool, but the showers are really not great. They smell and always have these tiny flies on the walls and doors

Negative experience: We had some issues with court booking, which is common and straightforward to resolve. Unfortunately, when we contacted management, we were met with poor customer service, lies, arrogance, and disrespect on multiple occasions. I hope this doesn't become a common pattern for a company the size of Shoreline.

Negative experience: Extremely frustrating experience with the management at Shoreline, Greystones. The manager made several promises to our group and failed to deliver on all of them. From the start, it was clear that we were treated differently, perhaps because we are foreigners. The communication is simply terrible – vague, slow responses, and often they don't resolve anything. The level of disorganization and disrespect we faced is unbelievable. For anyone thinking of relying on their management, I sincerely hope you never have to depend on them for anything, because the chances of frustration are extremely high. Avoid this management at all costs!

Negative experience: I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the management of Shoreline Greystones. A place frequented by countless individuals and marked by significant multiculturalism deserves equally competent management, not someone indifferent to their responsibilities and duties, lacking even the most basic ethical or professional preparation. After all, a reputation built over years can be destroyed in few days

Negative experience: Our group had continuous bookings with Shoreline Leisure, but the way we were treated was shocking. Without notice, our times were suddenly taken away, leaving us scrambling to find alternatives. We had to spend our own money on equipment due to last-minute disruptions, all while watching other groups receive priority. The complete lack of communication and organization was infuriating, and the way we were sidelined feels like blatant discrimination. We deserve respect, not to be treated as an afterthought. Shoreline’s management needs to be held accountable for this unacceptable behavior. Response to their comments below: Apologies and paying for us to play in another venue is THE LEAST they could do after all mismanagement and lack of consideration to our group. They are just lying on their response. We have been playing since November last year at the same day, same timeslot, consistently and even let clear that we would like to book A YEAR IN ADVANCE, what was not permitted by shoreline management. After been playing there for nearly a year, we arrived there one day to discover our timeslot was taken by another sports club, THAT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO BOOK THE YEAR. If this is not discrimination, I don't really know what it is. They can write what they want on reviews responses to look well to outsiders, but I have all proof on emails and what they are saying is just a lie. I wonder if they do the same with other groups that can't complain or don't know how to do it. I really hope someone would look at this review here and so something about it, but I am pretty sure it won't happen.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of parking. Spotlessly clean. Large pool with 2 lanes for those who swim lengths. Bring a euro coin for your locker. Each swim lasts 50 mins. Enter at 10 to the hour to get your full 50 mins. Snack bar closed at present. Excellent steam room and sauna.

Fantastic experience: Good centre overall facilities are as good as anywhere else pool area is always clean and not cold for the kids too the gym when I go has plenty of machines and there’s a steam room and sauna and happy pear have a coffee dock and seating area there too for a refresh after or before or to grab lunch on the way out

Fantastic experience: Went here twice for the COVID-19 jabs. Brilliantly organized and staffs were very professional. The entire process was pretty straightforward and took hardly few minutes based on the appointment slot. A big thanks to the entire team involved and kudos to all who participated.

Fantastic experience: I was in shoreline to get the vaccination. Although the queue was long everyone was really nice and pleasant. Its the longest I've been in a sports hall in over 20 years!! Lol!

Positive experience: If you are arriving for Covid vaccination make sure you wrap up warm with comfortable shoes and bring an umbrella. The queues at 11.30 21 May were outside the gate and up the street. Make sure you have a good breakfast and prepare for the process to take a couple of hours (most of that time on your feet). There are no immediate access to toilet facilities once inside the building. 13.15 vaccine given - Thank you.

The main pool is nice, deep end is very deep unlike how other pool has very shallow "deep" ends. Changing rooms are great, nice and spacious and very large family changing rooms. Busy pool though especially on the weekend.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 for swimming pool and helpfulness of team that works there. Good sauna and steam room and excellent changing and shower facilities. Overall and excellent facility.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. The learner pool is great for little ones to get swimming and you can get a nice treat from the Happy Pear Cafe once you're done!
