Fantastic experience: It turns out that after visiting the gym, muscles that I had never even suspected existed started to hurt))))

Fantastic experience: Enjoying Core Fitness for a few months now and we are very happy. There are 10 of us, from a very active weightlifting fitness buff to a happy 3 year old splasher. My 75 year old mother enjoys the aqua class ( John does an amazing job), my husband and I enjoy playtime with the grandkids but look forward to steam room and hot tub , sometimes a relaxing sauna visit in on the schedule. My grandson (7) was not to sure in water, now is secure and swims amazing , thank you Brian. My two granddaughters love swimming and splashing , thanks to the lovely temperatures, water as well as room. The pool area is always clean, the very friendly staff is always helpful. The fitness studio offers a good variety of equipment and is well maintained. I have not taken any classes so cannot comment on this. I/ we as a 4 generation family can strongly recommend this facility.

Positive experience: Small Gym. Nice staff, chill atmosphere & Friendly. Good mix of clients from sedentary to gym-bros. Equipment gets refreshed from time to time, classes well run and attended.

Positive experience: Awesome pool with loads of Gym equipment !! Only thing frequently hot tub not accessible, don't know why other than it's a great gym.

Positive experience: Great recently renovatedmodern gym with all the equipment needed. Great spot for a few workouts while I was in the area.

Negative experience: Unprofessional swimming coach, very rude to kids when parent is not near by. Kids were frozen in pool because coach opened door in the middle of march (10°c) outside temp. My kids don't want to go back....

Fantastic experience: An amazing place for fitness and relaxation. The gym is clean, stylish, spacious, well-maintained with an incredible range of equipment, has a swimming pool, a steam room and even a gym appointment app. The front office staff, specifically Jonathan, Cathal and Brian are very friendly, professional and welcoming. My fitness level is not the best, but still, I never feel intimidated by the very fit people there. There are all ages and sizes. I am delighted that I joined the gym and would highly recommend it.

Positive experience: I gave this rating just because of the swimming lessons my girls have with John.. He is very professional and very kind and helpful with child learning to improve their skills....he keeps them encouraged and they always enjoy it I'm not sure about other aspects of the gym to comment....

Fantastic experience: Pay as you go aqua aerobics booked via the app is the perfect way to start your day. Great adherence to covid policies throughout. Highly recommend. Lots of parking.
