Snap Fitness Navan

Negative experience: As others have experienced, it's the worst gym in Navan. I've never been to any other gym where the toilets are out of order for such a prolonged period of time. There's lads urinating in the showers and out in the streets. The machines in the gym are all Matrix. The staff are OK. The gym is very busy at peak times like other gyms. The cardio machines are dated and could do with being replaced. The gym isn't the cleanest. There's bottles and chewing gum left there for a few days before it's cleaned up. It's not like the gym is so massive the staff can't clean the gym floor frequently. Other gyms clean frequently why not Snap. The only saving grace this gym has is that it's 24/7. Once another gym in the local catchment area that is available 24/7, this gym's days are numbered.

Negative experience: Very poor experience with this gym since joining at the start of the year and moving from Onegym which is vastly superior. No water for showers or drinking for 2 weeks and had to leave mid workout to use restrooms in SC , still ongoing issues with showers as either scalding or cold and water does not drain from shower so bacteria builds up and got minor athletes foot from there which never happened in 3 years in Onegym. Cleared up now started not showering there, only when return home. Have to q for ages too as only 5 rooms to change in and also have to q for only one cubicle for male and one female for the restrooms and disabled one which would provide a ln option out of order regularly so q for ages there too. Also says 24 hr membership but parkingnis only available until 7pm weekdays and 9pm sat/sun, also says gives free parking for an hr and a half but this not the case as charged 6 euro several times as validation machine does not work properly and even though changed it recently still have to go downstairs to pay. So not really 24 hr if can not access parking .Was then offered 50% off next months membership but 2 months on no refund just charged full rate and they do not respond to emails. Also soiled tissues left around the gym for hours in work out area on a couple of occasions so wonder if any cleaner on. Very poor experience thus far I must say unfortunately. .... not good at all. The cushioned machines are good but only a few threadmills and cross trainers are very old and creeky.Most of the equipment not too bad on the only real upside....

Fantastic experience: Been going 4 months to this gym, most friendly polite staff who often offer assistance, the atmosphere is like no other gym I've tried and it has certainly motivated me to succeed in my goals, amazing place

Negative experience: There always seems to be a plumbing issue in the gym. Either the showers, toilets and water fountain are not working. This happened last year for over a week and this week it's happened again A gym that has no water in sinks, toilets, or the water fountain should be temporarily closed. They need to have better facilities for members and hire new Plumbers to rectify this issue as the lads their using are chasing their tails. Also they have a monstrosity of a new decline barbell bench in such a tight for space gym. Of all the machines and equipment they get a Glute Kickback and an assisted Lat pull up machines, which are alright but there is no need for a decline barbell bench in that gym and plonk it down in one the busiest areas of the gym floor.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Snap Fitness! Open 24/7 so I can come in anytime, due to my shifting work schedules. The gym is clean at all times! Equipments are up to date and they have enough equipments for the whole gym area. Plus, the staff are so friendly and always ready to assist anyone needing help in the gym! I love the staff! I would definitely recommend Snap Fitness to anyone here in Navan.. The only thing I would suggest to Snap Fitness is to provide a proper separate room for classes regularly and no need for bookings ahead, but instead to allow passes (first come:first serve) for gym members to the classes so anyone can come in without booking. ( I based this suggestion as Ive seen this strategy in my previous Gym in Dublin which I think was very effective to the members, which in fact, has more people coming to the classes) All the best Snap fitness Navan!

I can assure you that this gym can offer all these if you maintain consistency. This gym is near to town centre. So it is convenient to come.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of snap navan since they opened their doors throughout my time with snap fitness I have throughly enjoyed every class or attending the gym I always feel great after working out there the staff couldn't do enough for you and are always on hand if you need anything it's a great central gym and be accessible at any time day or night or after hours, my fitness levels have improved greatly and I am getting in the best possible, shape. I recommend the gym to anyone and the classes available are free too and their a great workout you'll reap the benefits afterwards. There's also a snap app which you can download it's great for meal plans or accessing workouts if you need more than just a normal workout

Positive experience: Equipment variety is excellent given the size & cleanliness is top notch! The bathrooms & showers need work, the showers only run for a few seconds when the button is pushed (very annoying) & for some reason the unisex bathrooms were turned into male & female bathrooms, which doesn't make sense given that they're both private bathrooms and not stalls. Also means that able bodied people have to use the disability toilet if even one bathroom is out of order . . .

Fantastic experience: First of all very clean Gym and the staff are very friendly. No hidden fees. Only one issues is carpark close at 7. However you can park behind the bus stop.That car park free after 6p:m.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym already! I’d been to the snap in Galway, and this gym is as good if not better. The free parking is a welcome bonus! The swipe in and swipe out feature is great, it adds extra security knowing that every person in the gym during the later hours is registered and permitted to be there. It’s an excellent addition to Navan town!
